I have sent in emails requesting assistance on my claim and I get automated responses, on the WhatsApp chatbot it does help me as I require human interaction. Can i please be contacted urgently
Terrible service and employ just anyone without taking into consideration that they are the line of communication that deals with peoples lives and futures. Alteram is contributing towards unemployment in the country
Bad customer service ,I have left 3 emails to be called back,I have also called in and was transferred until my airtime ran out and still no help.i will surely request a cancellation die to the poor service
I have posted multiple complaints regarding my looted laptop from cash crusader field street in KZN ,my brand new laptop was looted from their and no decency to follow up on any of attempts to get this issue resolved
Cash crusaders field street is behaving very dodgy regarding my laptop that was looted from store n,it's been 7 months and no solution,can I please be advised on the insurance company that cash crusaders deals with so I can follow up myself as there is no sense of urgency.i need what belongs to me.this is just as good as cash crusaders stealing,it's like you looting your own customers ,and don't give too hoots about adhering to agreement made
I have been awaiting for cash crusaders field street to provide me with feedback regarding my laptop that was looted from there store.I have previously expressed my concerns regarding the fact that it is taking way to long with no solid feedback on progress of claims with there insurance.Its time that the insurer be named that is taking so long to process this claim.i need my item or to be indemnified for my loss.i have also previously brought to your attention that I have a vast amount of experience in the insurance industry and can't seem to understand the SLA between cash Crusaders and their insurer.i have dealt with cash Crusaders for years and didn't expect this type of terrible service and protection of my goods,this is something I would expect from a independent pawn broker in a dodgy street,that is why I went to brand that is recognised and apparently could be trusted,the irony in this is that I live in Umzinto and the town was demolished in the looting and their insurers already have most of them up and running , business as normal, independent stores that are not a part of a franchise the magnitude of Cash Crusaders.Please Cash Crusaders Field street ,I need to be indemnified as I need to my laptop for my kids school work,this is way to long for me to still be a understanding client this is as good as stealing.
Good Day I have had a item pawned at the Field street cash crusaders,a brand new laptop and the store has been looted as which was discovered when I went to make payment and get my item back.I then called customer service who had advised me the store is in red and the insurance will be settling claims.I have not recieved any communication from them until I started trying to get a hold of the relevant parties.i received response there after stating no claims have been settled.I have been doing insurance on both business and personal level for the past 15years it's my livelihood and I want to know why is it taking this long and if yourl are self insured hence this long wait or why is the process taking over 2 months.i don't even have a reference number or a persons name that is dealing it liasing with the clients affected. I would think that customer service would be a priority at cash crusaders.remember that I am being understanding however if tables were turned and I asked cash crusaders to please give me a month not to pay if I lost my job or if my company where I worked burnt down the same consideration won't be given back to me as it's a agreement we are compelled to stick by signed under consensus.This is very very very poor service for a industry of this magnitude.
I have an absa Cheque account, which went into a negative balance during the course off lockdown as last salary received was in March 2020,my account was handed over to Shapiro Shake De Vries and Associates, and I was contacted by an agent to make a payment arrangement, which I confirmed telephonically and received an sms confirming arrangement. The arrangement was never adhered too and the entire amount was taken at once even thou I had explained my situation and that I am happy to pay the bank charges in terms, however after being badly treated by absa it was only brought to my attention that my account was handed to Shapiro Shake De Vries and Associates, and their agent made the arrangement and not absa's agent, even it was not absa agent, Shapiro Shake De Vries and Associates was acting on behalf of absa, and the agent said she was calling from absa, I require the transcript of call or the actual recording to rectify this issue, you can also liaise with Rezona Louw from Absa
