So I app**** for an upgrade on 22 Jan 2024 online for the Samsung Launch deal. All went through and got call to say it was approved. I called on the 8th of Feb 2024 and was told by guy that answered the call that should expect it around 23rd Feb. So I wait and on the 26th I give a call to find out what is happening and got told order was cancelled in January and that they will escalate the problem. I give it 2 days and call back and they can not see escalaton as the company that does escalations is out sourced. So it boils down to seems like someone was not speaking the truth.... How is this accepatable service and how is it that I have to goto a store now and I loose out on the deal I app**** for and was approved for. It costing an extra R600 per month now give or take a few rands. Is this where need to start moving lines away from Vodacom to another Network? Not that will get a reply or anything sorted as I do not see Vodacom replying to this
Our Alarm went off at our property in Selection Park and control room contacted us to let us know alarm is going off. I told them to go out to the property and they said they would send someone out. We were roughly 30KM away from the property so there was no way for us to get home to check. We were out for supper and managed to order starters, mains and dessert and still eat it all and still get home. By time we got home still no one had been out. So I contacted the control center and asked what time the armed response got here and lady had informed us that oh he had just got to property and guess what we were home and watching and no one was outside. She said that it a busy night but still 2 hours to respond. But fact is that she was caught out in a lie as it was about 5 min later a guard gets here and then a voice note asking the guard to please drive past and Natasha said no one sent the voice note. So Pro safe is a company that lies to the community. They need to loose their PSIRA accreditation as this is not the first time that this exact same thing that has happened.....

One place that does not answer phone or reply to emails when request book. When try calling while standing and there is people around been staff members they still do not answer phone. We had to drive 40km to see if they had place and get ****y attitude and they dont know why emails dont get answered and also can not answer me why calls go unanswered it is beyond crazy the service

They were fast to sell the Kia Sportage to us when we wanted the car but has been nothing but issues since we took delivery of the car 1st Issue the very next day the battery dies on me on way to work so under stress I go replace the battery, kept the invoice and then my wife takes the car in as will see later in review and they refuse to except responsibility of the battery dying as they did not have proof that old battery was faulty. I put a new battery in as I needed to get to work and not be delayed but they will not accept responsibility of faulty battery. 2nd issue Roadworthy - So after taking delivery of the car I did an inspection. They say the car passed roadworthy but following issues. Tyre thread below needed for Roadworthy, front right light not working. 3rd Issue, rattle from the rear end of the car not sure what it is 4th issue, Alternator light that comes on intermittently So my wife takes the car in to Lisa Cars Edenvale and they agreed to fix most things. the rattle the alternator light the front light and the balancing of the car. They say to her it will take an hour or 2 to fix the car and my wife rocks up at the mechanic and now it going to take longer than 2 hours and because Lisa Cars has stuffed up they will not even provide a courtesy car for her as she runs a company and it is now a loss of income for her and Lisa Cars wants to do the least to help out. I personally think this is pathetic of them and they need to be reported. Maybe listing them here they will see that I am serious when I say I will take them to the media.
