Attention: Mr pula dipenaar , ceo of SA show.. the rabd easter show is a mess! Everything is over priced and safety isn't maintained ! My daughter was hit with a kids car with full impact and the people in charge didn't even check on her, she was beside herself the kids motorised car hit her so hard even an adult would have fallen and stayed down ! Absolutely pathetic in the kids hall right by the mickey mouse stall, we were standing at the Cadbury table! Horrible horrible horrible! How can motorised kids cars not be monitored or enclosed ! Where are the people in charge of this event????
Booked a suite for my family and got a honeymoon suite converted to a family room. Where instead of a suite as booked . The receptionist outrightly blamed booking.com and said they cannot do anything to assist me they wil take it up with booking.com... what bs! I am highly annoyed and disappointed at this frim all parties .. my kids are super uncomfortable the sleeper couch is not nice I am just glad I won't be staying here another night... we booked 3 rooms for the weekend and this is the bs we get dealt. Not to mention renovations and dust everywhere
Booked a suite with a king bed and separate room 2 single beds and got a smaller space with a horrible sleeper couch instead for my lids.. the hotel outrightly stated it was booking.com who randomly selects the rooms.. why do we choose and pay or reserve .? Horrible service !!not happy at all !!

If there was a zero I would give them a zero!! The online system doesn't work, the questions asked are pulled from God knows where and then you get blocked from verification because you answered correctly and they flag you as being incorrect there is no way to check the answers and update them .. the call centre asks you to send one doc and must call again to escalate or it sits in the ether .. then call again after 2weeks and call again .. what the hell is the point of the online system?? GET IT RIGHT PEOPLE! OR GET PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO BUILD IT ! when the government wants our tax they are super fast to take it yet when it's time to give us some of it back.. our own money mind you , ,we get this ****!
Great trio, lost a star because the volume when announcing was way too loud. The captain and staff were friendly and it was a smooth flight, we arrived earlier and the captain did a great job with the landing .. great in flight complimentary snacks and drink
Attendants dont smile.. the flight was absolutely freezing the entire way the cabin temp was dropped so much so that almost every person had to use a jacket and then cover their heads! The instructions were automated which was horrible and the sears are the most uncomfortable..the landing was rough , no complimentary snacks or drinks .. all in all the worst flight ever!
It is horrendous the amount of hurdles and lack of transparent their own staff have to endire just to open an account. It's ridiculous but even a branch cannot assist you. Fnb is trying to hard to be technological savvy but with the expense of people skills and making people happy. They use algorithms to determine your rate and in doing so lose so many customers to more social banks with ease of use .. fnb has by far the best rewards system but sadly they really trail behind the likes of investec with best practices in dealing with clients
I wish I could rate a zero !worst company ever!! Nobody cares to do their jobs they want for clients to do it! Cant get through to anyone and even when you do they are not even friendly and have mo way of dealing with clients.. worst experience ever ! They should pay me what they are paying those consultants we did everything including facilitating the damn contractors and checking their work you should pay me their salaries for those 2 months ! !! Never have I dealt with such a bad company!! No audits or checks or managers to talk to.. I cant wait to break all ties with them.. worst company !! They dont care about clients
