I got into a car accident on the 29th of November 2023. My insurance allocated G&J to fix my car, but it’s been 3months and my car is still not fixed. On a weekly basis they tell me there’s a part outstanding, they fail to give me a turnaround on when my car will be ready. They give false information and they are very good ****s! I’m very disappointed in this Autobody and the service I continue to receive I wouldn’t recommend

I had very bad experience with telkom, I want to cancel my contract but I’m not getting any assistance I went to the branch in Highveld mall and I was told the system is slow, but I didn’t get any confirmation whether my contract would be cancelled or not, I also called their 081180 number and the lady couldn’t assist me on the phone telling me that the system has been offline the whole day. I’m unhappy with this service because this means I’m going to keep on paying for data I don’t want and need anymore this is bad client service and I will be sure to contact ombudsman with this matter
TFG is the worst I bought an item online and it never arrived and now they’re sending me from pillar to post with no assistance at all... worst customer service I’ll be closing my account as well
I'm highly disgusted by Foschini store at Highveld Mall Witbank and their ill treatment, I went there desperately looking for shoes and asked the "floor" assistors to help find at another branch since it was finished in theirs, she said to me they couldn't help because they had no code, I took the initiative to look for the shoe and code online went back to the store to see if I could get help they turned me away telling me that they know that the nearest branch (Downtown) doesn't t have the shoe, they didn't even bother making a call to even describe the shoe I got turned away bluntly cause the other one was in a hurry for lunch!! To my surprise I asked a friend to go look for the shoe at the other branch and they actually had the shoe, is this the type of treatment you give your customers?? Not even bothering going the extra mile to atleast try meet the customers needs even if the product is unavailable try have the customer get satisfied!! I'm very very disappointed I expected alot from this retail especially since I'm a regular client!!
