i have been experiencing a connection problem with them for the past 2 month you call them agents tell you we can not tell you what time will the problem be resolved but you did pay to get network that you can not get this is now the new rain network
this network is just not on you pay them but you can not get connection you call them to find out what is going on the agent cant explain what is going on you ask for a refund you get told that no only if you can not connect for 72 hour please do not take this network the is always a problem in Garankuwa spoke to agent by the name Thulani he can not explain what is going on and rude.
spoke to one of the call center agent on 16-07-2025 by the name nasreen she told me she will send me my documents that i requested via email she did not send the called her on 21-07-2025 lance told me she is in the meeting she was informed that i called her asking for the documents she did not give me a call back called her back today 2025-07-22 to be told by her that she was informed that i did not receive my documents and she did not know what documents i need asked her what was she going to send me if she did not make notes on my profile that i requested documents she was unprofessional from the 1st call that i spoke to her. Old mutual need to get this correct.
I have been calling this people after sending my claim in December called them yesterday to find out what is going on with my claim spoke to the manager by the name Hloniphile Sethole she told me she will look into my case an call me back she did not was called by Mpho and told me all was in order she will just need to check with Hloniphile when the money will be in my account to my surprise the manager Hloniphile call me the next day with a new story that the is some missing information from my company called my company my hr told me that this company has everything they need to me now I call them asking for this manager she doesn't want to talk to me the receptionist dropped my calls 4 time her name is Marilyn
I called fnb on 2023-06-21 spoke to agent by the name of alternate to donw grade my credit card I was told it will take 5 working days OK cool on 2023-06-27 Mpho Mokena called me to ask what was my request about I told him I want them to down grade my credit card to my surprise I am told by Pindi on 2023-06-28 that mpho closed my credit card account money was debit in my account to close the account I did not yell mpho I want to close my account not a happy client
Please good please just know that doing business with this company you will have to deal with unprofesional people like Sphiwe ngwenya from accounts call them on 2023-05-03 to fix my debt order problem but today on 2023-05-31 i must call the to fix the same problem. i will not do business with this people so unprofesional
service at this company is bad call center agents a rude called the account department asking them to fix the debt order problem spoke to manager Rorisang Kgasi he was not helpfull at all after explaing to him that one agent was rude. Londile dlodlo called me on 2023-05-10 tell me that she will send Mr Kgasi an email to call me about feedback he did not call the company can not load a debt order mandate for 3 weeks i regret ever doing a contract with this company useless
Good Day i was help by manger at bosch service in garankuwa Anton today, Kindly note that I was not properly advised on this matter. Subsequent to my request to have the diagnostic done on my car, I was advised that the vacuum sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. I immediately contacted WeBuyCars to make payment towards the faulty part, to which the payment was processed upon their receipt of the quotation from Bosch Rantol. I was assisted by Anja and in our engagements, she advised that they have sourcedout the part (vacuum sensor) with one of their stakeholders but the delivery would take up to 21 days. I alluded that I was not willing to wait for that long and would consider other RMI service providers to assist to remedy the fault in my car (being thevacuum sensor). Anja requested that I give her a day or 2 for her to check with other stakeholders for the part in need. She indeed reverted back, and advised that I bring in the car for repairs. At no point did Anja advise that the part sourced was not complete(being the sensor and the pipe). I am also reliant on Bosch for a service and doesn’t know better since I am not a mechanic, I did not question her if the part sourced was a correct part. In other words, I was missed informed. Should have Anja provided me with all the correct detail, I would have made an informed decision and would have looked for service elsewhere. With that being said, kindly note that I should not be held liable for the part that needs to be installed in my car. Furthermore, on the email referred, kindly note the discrepancy in the amount charged to WebuyCars for the part in question versus the amount mentioned below. My expectation is that Bosch replace the part on their own account and take the responsibility of misinforming and for not rendering a complete service that was to be rendered initially. This could have been avoided from your side and hence I cannot take any accountability for your mishap. Regards
I bought a car at work buy car midstream on Saturday the report on the car did not indicate anything about breaking systems to my surprise after 3 day's of having the car it is showing that the system is not OK an the alignment is also not OK I call the sales rep Khutso the manager Daniel there were not helpful at all telling me that I need to log a complaint that I did on Tuesday today it's Wednesday no call from them I regret buying a car that I will be paying for the next 72 months at we buy cars midstream centurion
Was helped by consultant by the name Kamogelo he was very good with product knowledge and friendly service
