I'm not happy with service received from Tarren and Cindy Van Denberg from FORD North End Port Elizabeth. On Thursday 27th March 2025, I took my car for service and Tarren completed and signed my service book incorrectly which i find it very incompeted and ingorant. I sent an email to Cindy on 31-03-2025 and today the 01-04-2025 to enquire about this but there was no response. I'm not going to beg anyone to do their job properly, I want someone to call me back A.S.A.P. I need clarity regarding my service before I take further actions.
On the 19th July 2023 I used the FNB secure chat and spoke to Sinethemba Mlangeni. I'm so disappointed, the agent was unprofessional as she ended the chat after telling her that I don't understand her explanation. The only thing I requested was to change my Debit Order date and confirm when will the next Debit Order go off. She lacks knowledge because I asked about pro rata and she said there's no pro rata. She refused to give me her manager's name and surname. I still want her manager to call me back as I feel she needs to be disciplined and trained. I'm still clear about the answers she gave me and I don't deserve such poor service especially from FNB as I've been a loyal customer for more than 15 years.
I visited sheet street store in Westgate mall today. All i wanted was to buy bedding as a present for my friend but what a poor service i received from a floor assistant lady. She just stood there with her make up seeing that I needed assistant. Just because I unpacked one of the duvet covers so that I could see cut, wether small or big. I then reported her to a so called manager who was ignorant herself and just said she'll speak to her but she didn't even see the lady I was complaining about.
I called their call center and I spoke to an Agent called Chariefa September who is incompetent. I asked her to process a settlement amount on the 26/08/18 from my bank account where they normally debit their premium and agreed but that was not done. Instead, they took their normal premium on 23/08/18. I then made a cash deposit to account details that she provided me. She then promised to Refund me the amount they took on the 23/08/18. It's been almost 2 weeks now I haven't received my refund yet. I've sent her all proof of payments and she confirmed they received the payments. Her customer service is very poor and I asked her many times to send me the company's address and her manager's number but she's ignorant.
