Good day, I have been trying to get hold of anyone to sort out an outstanding payment for a routine x-ray scan done during her birth, the matter had been handed over to attorneys and still can't seem to get response from you guys. I've given you guys great reviews for great experiences I had with you guys but please sort these issues
Of the issues I had with Umvuzo 99.8% were dealt with and sorted smoothly. I've enjoyed using Umvuzo due to the Extra mile the consultants go to give the best possible outcome for their clients. They are friendly and seem to enjoy working for their employer this reflects on their demeanor and how they communicate with clients. When I had COVID you guys made the journey easier with the constant check-in and provision for medication, and resolving issues with hospital bills. Your care and sense of empathy makes you the best medical aid scheme and wish you can be available for individuals. Thank you
i have had wonderful experiences with this medical aid, until i gave birth last year where my baby was not covered and had to pay out of pocket as her birth was cost was rejected. to make matters worse had to be admitted to have surgery in November and to date there are some payments that we not done and claim there was no authorization (69 Clinical info requested but not received), had to go for xray follow up with authorization for the specialist but to date it hadnt been paid so im with R70000 debt that the agents keep saying it was paid but statements say otherwise.
We got rejected by the car rental we booked from due to my temporary card that doesn't have my name on it, but JP at OR Tambo helped a great deal they took our card although the deposit is a bit higher his service was very exceptional, we managed getting a car after a 2hour hustle with the previous car rental. Thank you
Excellent service from ticket desk for getting us last minute tickets, and the check in assistant his name is Gift at OR Tambo was an amazing person as he left his station to assist myself a pregnant woman (had an emergency medical conditions that coated us our flight) to locate our bag from the arrival carousel as the airline we missed refused to help us. He was very exceptional and deserves a Kudos for the troubles he went through.thank you
My husband and I checked in our bags and got our boarding pass from OR to PE, however we missed the boarding time by 1 min or 2 as I'm pregnant and had an emergency ( abdominal pains and could hardly walk and had to be assisted by security to get a wheelchair) when my husband enquired with the staff at the service office they were rude to him without offered no help at all. We had to book another flight with another airline, getting our bags was a very frustrating hustle just like contacting the service office we were tossed back and forth and still no one was helping, we got our bags after the check in assistant from the new flight we were booking on left his station to try help us locate our bag. Is this how your customers are serviced?it's really appalling that an airline is inconsiderate of customers.

Terrible service, I ordered pizza @20:13 on 02/06/19 and got a confirmation email and text for the Order # ********** 4. After an hour still I had no delivery, they were about to close @21:30 I tried calling more Tha 5 times, but couldn't get through my calls were just cut and still no delivery. This is disappointing as your policy states around 40min. The delivery arrived @ 21:51 UNBELIEVABLE!!
My husband and I booked a class C separately and our bookings were confirmed. On day of collection we met I believe Mr Nolan who was assisting on the desk. To our horror we were told the car was unavailable and only class B available on a higher price than what we initially budgeted for. We asked how can this be and were told it was probably an overbooking. At that time Mr Nolan had already taken a deposit and he told us he can refund us coz there is no Class C. We needed the car to travel with 5 people and luggage and we had to scramble for another option of car rental which was no success and eventually coming to terms with being cramped in a class B car. The assistant was very rude even to his colleague (car inspector). Coz we were out of options and put of time we took the car but we wont be using thrifty again.
