Excellent service and customer care as always.
Fantastic service as always thanks so much Naasif at Makro Umhlanga who assisted with our Defy gas hob which we purchased too small and had to exchange. Staff assisted promptly and very professionally.

Attempted fraud with our details and no refund of deposit.
Didn't receive our deposit back from them. Also had attempted fraudulent sim swap after sharing all our details with the consultant. DO NOT use these guys, they certainly aren't honest or legit.

Good service
I purchased a tumble dryer with factory fault. The guys took some time and nudging but did collect and refund the unit for me. Thank you Hisense

Rubbish product and rubbish service.
There was obviously a factory fault with tumble dryer I bought. The guys try wear the customer down to try their best to get out of replacing the item. This company is dishonest and lazy and I really hate Hisense after this experience. Will never buy anything from them again ever.

Rubbish product and rubbish service
Bought a tumble dryer from these guys and the machine destroys clothes by hooking into the groove around the door. Have had no help or firm feedback on why it’s happening or how to fix it. Paid for a service but problem persists. I won’t buy this brand ever again.

Very poor service
I have had the worst service from this hosting provider. Do not host your website with them. They ignore support tickets and then close the support request because they themselves haven't responded within 72 hours. No business can operate with a host like this. Stay far away from this lazy incompetent bunch and save yourself the frustration.

Great service!
In spite of horrendous service from the fibre company involved in our area, I have received such good support from the guys at RocketNet and a great deal as well. I hope that business will prosper for this ISP! Highly recommended and much appreciated.
