Everything went well until time to make purchase what should have been a less than an hour or 2 at most took the entire afternoon. Apart from that salesperson was polite and very helpful
On the 29th my mother made a cash send to someone and sent those details to that person. somehow that cash send was withdrawn in Addo and she is in Alice and the person she sent it to is in CPT. What makes no sense is how does it get withdrawn in Addo and the person is in CPT. When the person in CPT went to withdraw it states that it was withdrawn in Addo. Called them with my mother on the line and that is the only information we could get was the place of withdrawal. That money was needed as a matter of urgency and their customer agents are non-chelant and
This is the second time in a space of couple of months. I sent the necessary documents on Wednesday for my refund. Called them on Friday and was tole they did not receive them sent them again on Friday to all relevant parties and was told this morning they did not receive them sent them to the lady spoke to she received them and now only are they saying they will process my refund. It is a constant struggle and am really irritated. I want to take my policies elsewhere but have been paying for years. Its an irritating and exhausting process. I will not be recommending them to anyone else this is abusive and CPA has to put strict policies and even major fines on such insitutions.
I have been using TooMuchWifi for over a year and today am not able to connect. I call them and were unable to assist when I apole to Thabiaa a so called supervisor not only did I not wait for over 8 minutes i also received an attitude but a lack of ignorance. I ended up looaing my temper. However if you listen to tha conversation you would also understand my frustratiom. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lack of professionality and understanding that we use their service for my personal and business. Im looking for alternative as we soeka. F them nxee yeerr
I am appauled by METROPOLITAN. I have been paying for over 5 years and only foundout this year that I qualify for premium skip, a benifit that I pay for. I make use of the benifit this month by the stop order still goes through. I have been battling with them for over a week for them to refund me. No when I call them this morning the consultants as soon as they hear what the issue is they make excuses of not hearing me or pretending that the line is bad. I want to move to another policy. Having been paying for almost 8 years and receiving such disrespect. I want whats due to me and if there is a more reputable company that I can use I would really love to move over that stick around this nonsense.
The word scheme in the title is exactly what this is. They lure old and unsuspecting Government Employees to some savings account and have to get some certificate to in order for them to be able to access the their savings. My mother worked as a registered nurse and has been busy saving until her retirement in 2017. She has not been able to get access to her savings and when I assisted her and called them they say because she did not do the online enrolment she now has to forfeit her years of savings. They keep referring her back to her old HR yet the savings they received on a monthly basis. Their customer service is also the worst. I spoke to a woman name Amanda and her QA. This **** is sanctioned by the government. I am seeking legal assistance to address the issue and if there are any other people that have been duped like this please reach out because there is strength in numbers.
I have been using Too Much WiFi for over a year now. Due to unforseen circumstances I have to move to the next house which is next door. When I first installed I was charged a R1000 which included the equipment and 2 months of access. Now that I am moving I have asked to be assisted with the moving of the equipment. Yes I was expecting a fee but not to the sum of R500 as if I am buying new equipment. They call it relocation but instead it is simple move to the next house on the same street literally 12-15 meters down the road. A service that I believe should be facilitated with a little fee. I am highly disappointed and regret people I have recommended because they will also be subjected to such. I fell maybe this is happening due to the lack of Fibre in townships and they have found a way to exploit those of us who need such services.
I have an account that I am paying monthly. My goods are still under warranty as they are not older than a year. My couches that I bought broke and need to be repaired. I called the stores more than 3 weeks ago. and every time I called they promised to send someone to come and pick up and nothing was done. I called their customer care and they promised that they would investigate and let me know with in 48 hours this was early last week, and still nothing has been done. I have had this issue over 4 weeks and still nothing has been done. I am still paying for this and had made arrangement in my contract for such and still no response. This is the worst after service I have ever received. They want you to buy once its out of the store they do not give a damn and will go out of their way to waste your time and irritate as if they are running out your warranty and guarantees.
I cancelled my policy with them on earlier in January and yet they still debited on my payday. I called the following week to query and was told that it would take about 5 days for my payment to reflect on their side and then they can do a refund. 6 days later I called them (which is today). After going back and forth with a consultant by the name of Chantal, for over 36 minutes she dropped the phone in my ear. She had created a reference number CET22029791 for me. I am glad I cancelled it but I still want my money back and their consultant are less interested in assisting in such issue. It is like they have a gang mentality, once in one way out and that is through death.
On the 16th we as a family booked 2 tickets for 2 family members to travel from Alice to CPT via Shoprite. When the time came for them to board the bus in Alice it never arrrived and the people were stranded at the bus stop and no communication with the passengers. We tried calling last night to findout and there was no answer. We call this morning and told about the bus getting into an accident. We ask for refund to make other alternate means of transport and the consultant I spoke to told me that we have to submit documents and it would take alot longer. I ask to speak to her manager and gave me the meeting line. She was rude and could not provide full information on how to assist people stranded. We used our last monies to get them hear and now DMJ is failing its passengers and their consultant tried to insult my intelligence with her demeaning tone over the phone.
