They didn't deliver product after ordering
If it was possible to give this company a zero, I would. I bought a cover for my daughter's laptop in January, and I have not received it. They keep promising to send via the South African Post Office, which I have indicated to them that they are no longer operational. They took my money and did not deliver, buy at your own risk!

Where is my refund Makro?
I purchased my order online on 6 March 2025, still have not received it despite numerous calls and emails. They eventually phoned me and promised me a refund, which they have not even done. Buy at Makro inline at your own risk.

Leave Makro online alone, buy elswhere
If l could rate Makro with a 0, l would. I made my order on 6 March online and up until today, l have wrote emails and tried to call with no luck. On emails they just send you a useless reference number. So now, they took my money and l do not have the small items l ordered. If you can, stay away from Makro online.
