I had a hail damage claim on my motor vehicle, Absa did an online assessment with pictures and offered me a ridiculous settlement of R17 000, I took the vehicle to their panelbeater on their panel and was quoted R74000. This is totally daylight ******* from Absa insurance.
Totally ********* and dishonest business practises, guys try and be honest with customers.
game full of false promises with regards to guarantee on 3 faulty tv's that i purchased. all 3 smart tv's had faulty remote controls within 1 month of purchase, and game gives me a run around for over 6 months. very obvious that electronics sold are of poor quality, resulting in unhappy clients with stores closing because of ********* sales behavior.
be cautious when purchasing electronics from game. i bought 3 tv's from game, all were faulty still under guarantee and game refuses to assist
i bought 3 x 32inch smart telefunken tv's from game mall of africa in december 2023. 1 was returned immediately because of a faulty a remote control. The 2 other tv remotes are faulty after a a few moths and game refuses to warranty them as the remotes are not under guarantee. its obvious that game had a faulty/reject batch which they refuse to take responsibility for . Very disappointing service

hi, i have been trying to cancel my telkom business line since 2019, i have visited the telkom stores, emailed them several times, but still nothing. the staff are totally clueless & rude with a don't care attitude.
I have had my business line for over 10 years with telkom. i decided to change my service provider and gave telkom notice by email to terminate my services in january 2020. To date i am still paying for a service i am not using. i have been to their branch in norwood 3 times, but still no one can assist. your service is disgusting. you need to employ more competent staff.
hi, i have been an edgars account holder for over 20 years, but due to their dishonesty and bad service i have closed my account. from january 2019 to august 2019, they have been charging me for data & airtime. i have requested the recording, but have been given the run around.
