We have been using Plumb Ambulance for about 12 years with odd plumbing jobs, always receiving good service and a reasonable fee (of which they are transparent beforehand). In December 2025 they assisted us with leak detection at a very big stand and house causing very high utility bills. After the leaks detected were repaired the Tshwane water meter was still running like crazy. JJ discussed all options with us and we opted to have the water supply to the house re-installed because the large water leaks could not be found (we have a stand that is against a hill). The worked was a little bit extended, but that was due to the festive Hollidays. They left the site with very little damage to the grass and paving where they redirected the water supply. They were transparent at all times, and JJ and Geraldine really went the extra mile for us. All workers were very well behaved and polite. Was a pleasure to deal with this Company. Thank you, JJ and team.
I messed up an order and called the team at Koodoo.co.za afterwards. When I phoned them, they immediately answered my call and resolve the issue within minutes! They did in a matter of minutes what I thought to be impossible under the circumstances. I have bought 2 Playstation consoles from Koodoo.co.za over 2 years and can honestly say it is one of the best companies to work wot, Period!! Special thanks to Menattly who was the kind lady I interacted with, and probably responsible for my great experience.
Pick n Pay Hazeldean - Rotten food Just this week a friend told me that he bought rotten chicken a this shop. I was shocked as we always had a rather good experience. Yesterday I bough pizza for the kids - rotten Hawain pizza, you could see the mold on product and the smell told the full story. Now you have to drive back to the store, feel like an ass to ask your money back for R70? This is the reason stores like this get away with selling rotten products. If the Hazeldean store continues like this, they might no longer be relevant in that market.
I registered for quickbooks online only to find that they had no intention to sign me up... Phoned them to try and find a solution but the lady informed me I have to sign up with a different email, still nothing.... So she asked me to use another email (number 3) and still not working. Then she informed me that she will phone me back but she did not..... Next day I phoned, told some guy my problem and he asked me to hold only for them to cut me off.. From there I phoned again but my number is probably flagged because I get cut off immediately. Now I gave my billing information 3 times, on 3 different email addresses as per their request. I am sure that they are scamming people in this way as I saw all the negative feedback on this company.
I am a Vodacom Red customer with Red Premium Plus package. Have been with Vodacom for ages. They decided that its a good idea to Levy my account EVERY SINGLE MONTH for entertainment services in an amount of R 266, for I suppose the last 2 to 3 years. Upon enquiry the representative informed me that they will block it from their side..... This was R10 per day for a game I haven't heard of in my life. How do Vodacom have the audacity to contract on my behalf with thieves who are tricking people / defrauding people into paying them. And then Vodacom assist them in the recovery of their "hard earned" money. Vodcom, so much for being a Red customer. You guys dropped the ball on this one.... Very disappointed.
