Our property transfer was delayed far beyond reasonable timelines, and there was absolutely no communication or follow-up from their side. We were expected to do everything on time, yet they constantly missed deadlines and never provided updates or estimated transfer dates. The lack of accountability and feedback left us completely in the dark. Having bought and sold several homes before, this has by far been the worst experience. I would not recommend KVV Attorneys to anyone looking for a smooth and professional property transfer process.

On the 31August 10 am I called afrihost to assist with a cancelation I wish to put through, they told me to log onto a portal and do it, I asked what details to use and they couldn’t assist, eventually after various emails and reset passwords I got in at 2 am, it now states that I need to serve 2 months notice as it’s past 11pm on the 31st? No assistance on WhatsApp as I asked numerous times, I now have been holding to speak to a manager for 27 minutes
Disgusting. Drivers steal zulzi doesn't answer calls. I have had more than 1k not refunded call ignored emails ignored. Terrible. Do not use them it has happened to numerous people. It is a scam
I have phoned Fedhealth numerous times, please bring up my call recordings made in february as i enquired about upgrading where it says pays 100% of fedhealths rates and the customer care kept telling me no and where do i see this?? this call was made on feb 7th 2020, I even asked to speak to management and he came back and told me no. And to show me where I saw that the upgrade medical aid pays 100% of the rates which is what I needed. I now have the forms and can't print them as it is locked down. I called back on the 1st April and was given a NO again not any terms and conditions, i waited a while, until i said but it states here pregnancy is allowed, i am sure there is a customer care to advise you accordingly so that you don't have to do your own research. it has now fallen out of my 30 days and we are sitting at 60 after numerous phone calls and incorrect info given. I need urgent assistance as I am highly disappointed in this medical aid and if not resolved, my fiance and I will be changing schemes next year
