The service from Outsurance was exceptional, they managed to drop my premium with R300, I needed that as I was feeling a heavy weight with some of my debit orders, I joined 3years back and I am staying.
These ones are delaying deregistering a vehicle that was written off by my then insurance and given to them, that was in August 2020, I can't get a disc for my my current vehicle due to their selfishness, all I asked was that they give me the amount owed by that vehicle, I will go pay then send a proof of payment but no, since the problem is not affecting them in anyway they are relaxed and doing nothing to resolve it. I take a chance daily drive with an expired disc, PMD told me "they are in a process to do it" deregistering a vehicle is not a process, it get done in a moment, they haven't even attempted to do it, I doubt it's even in their to do list, and here I am getting depressed.
On the 29th of October 2021 I bought 3 trays of Nutriday Yoghurt from Pick n Pay in Garden Route Mall, my child was carrying them to creche in his lunch box. He became sick with stomach problems, I took him to the Clinic and we were given antibiotics, when we got back home I hlgave him one of the Yoghurts to open, as he was next to me I noticed something strange, it was watery and separated, I then went to check the rest we had in the fridge, they all looked the same and it was before expirity date. I sent a picture to Nutriday on Facebook on the 19th of Nov, they only got back to me on the 6th of Dec, sending an email address that I can send my complaint to. One thing that got me very angry is a R20 voucher that they sent me to get R20 off when I buy from Shoprite, a no reply would have been better than such an insult, what do you take your customers for? Even a sincere apology would have seat me better. R20 off as if I will ever purchase their products ever again. You put someone's child at a death risk then come give them R20? Really??
I have a data contract with MTN for R199 per month, this morning I got a notification that R320 was deducted from my account, when I called to cancel the contract, they can only pick up a R320 contract that I have no idea where it came from, I was delayed and made wait, the call took 24min, but still the contract was not canceled, the lady asked for my ID number for about 4times after making me hold to verify, she is still convincing me to take another contract, if contracts in their system just change on their own and take more than you agreed with them on why on earth would I have another contract with them? I asked if they were giving me my R120 back but there was no response to that, I have been such a loyal customer with no arrears, ai deserve better than this.

I REGRET TAKING A POLICY WITH THEM, I GOT A TRAFFIC FINE DUE TO THEIR IGNORANCE AND CARELESSNESS, DO THE RIGHT THING, PAY FOR THE TRAFFIC FINE, GET THE CAR YOU WROTE OFF OUT OF MY PROFILE SO THAT I CAN GET A DISC FOR MY CURRENT CAR, DO THE RIGHT THING
I insured my Nissan Micra with PMD, unfortunately in Aug 2020 I was involved in an accident and the car was written off, I got another car in September same year. When I went to renew my car disc at the traffic department I was told that the written off car was still under my name and owing, I informed PMD to resolve it, all they do is telling me about FMD that I have no relationship or even an idea who they are, they have been following up since September, now it's November, I am still driving a car with an expired disc. All I want them to do is to pay the fine for that car, get it deactivated under my name so that I can be able to get a disc for my current car, that seems so difficult for them. What can they be trusted for it they can't even handle such minor issues???
Towards the end of April this year I bought 2.5kg Ace Super Maize Meal from Pick n Pay-George in the WC, when I opened my storage bucket to cook for my 5year old son I came across spider webs and worms, I had to throw it away. This was not my 1st time bad experience with the product, on a previous month I came across the spider wob like things but still used it, there were no worms. How many people are going to end up on hospital beds or even die of using this bad product? Do something before it's too late, the fact that I bought it and had a problem twoce means there is a problem with the product. My son recently had a terrible stomach problem, how will I know it was not due to this product?

I bought a wardrobe at Russells in Cofimvaba on the 23rd of December 2019, today is the 2nd of February 2020 it had not been delivered, that call I made to them was on the 30th of Jan, they promised to call back shortly and guess what, that was a lie. I sent them a message on their facebook inbox and I was told that they I should call the store I bought from they deal with Facebook not delivers, is that how to respond to customers? I am hugely disappointed on them
On the 23rd of December 2019 I bought a wardrobe at Rusells in Cofimvaba, they told me that they deliver within 48hours. Guess what, today is the 14th of January 2020 and I haven't received it, I even left EC come back to Joburg where i work. My intention was to leave the wardrobe home well packed with all the staff that has got no space to keep, but hey Rusells team is not delivering and that is very disappointing and disturbing. After my follow ups they had the gut to call and tell me that the wadropes are not available in their workshop in East London, why was I told it would be delivered within 48hours then?
