My car’s entire gearbox unit was replaced by them a few month later, still under their warranty, it broke again. It is now almost 2yrs of them having my car, I can’t get ahold of the manager nor am I getting any updates.
They refused to service my car on the 8th of July because the extended service is part of AVIS but still claimed the service fee. Now my car cannot be serviced elsewhere because they've dishonestly claimed the service.
This company does not care much about the businesses they host domains for. Call center number does not work, emails are not being rep**** to, they need to be held accountable for the loss of revenue for the loss of communication. I do however suspect that it has become a one man show and no longer a company.
This company needs to be investigated it does not seem to exists anymore but still charges people. Their landline no longer goes through, I've been blocked from domain control panel and emails requesting access have gone unanswered.

This will be the 5th time my car needs to go back for the same issue. Took my car in for a faulty gearbox in Nov 2017, which was then diagnosed to be a faulty clutch and mechatronic, and quoted R37000,00 which I have paid in full. March 2018, my car was returned to me with issues with transmission issues with the odd gears (1,3,5 & 7). 3 weeks later they it was given back to me under the assumption that its fixed but it wasn't as gears 3,5 &7 were still an issue. The return and give back happened 3 more times till mid June when the issue seemed to have been resolved by the "changing" of the faulty clutch, now 3 months later the same issues has started again. I write to hellopeter due to the website not having any email details for the managers. I would truly appreciate the clutch to be really changed and my problem permanently.
