Since writing the below review - I got a reply stating it has gone further, which was clearly an automated response as its been a lot longer than what was mentioned and still nothing from them. As I said they are quick to take your money and report you when you have not paid (this has happened many times after I have returned the item) but will outright refuse giving your own money back ------ Review Beware when buying something online from Marko... If you decide to return the item, they will hold onto your MONEY as well as the ITEM returned for as long as possible. They will throw excuses at you and each person you talk to will give you a different story. I spoke to David Mabena, Arminda, Thando and an unknown speaker (my phone died and I called back straightway) reference number **********. I have been waiting over a week for this to be sorted (promised 3-7 days, it's been longer) Apparently the item is somewhere at the supply and Makro refuses to follow up on this or to find out why the item is taking so long - As it's an online return, pictures had to be sent (which were and was still in spectacular condition - Item received and returned the day after)

I have just had a random amount of money taken off my account from 'Naedo Internal Coll' Upon looking at over reviews this is an ongoing fraudulent transaction (loads of people complaining) How can I get my money back and prevent this from happening? This is totally unacceptable As another reviewer stated 'I didn't get a notification for this transaction from neither my app nor the transaction notification SMSes was, therefore, unable to block nor reverse it.'
Only one thing to say and thats EPIC. If there was a tetris world championship, these guys would win it by far. No complaints, super fast and did what was needed. Thanks a lot Jon and his friend (didn't catch his name) were amazing
I don't usually write reviews because I tend to brush things off, however - We contacted webafrica stating that we are moving and need to transfer/cancel this was done on the 8th.. long story short they couldn't do what we wanted and we decided to cancel. A few minutes later we got a phone call (This was a call to butter us up and offer us a deal if we don't cancel, which we accepted) So everything was scheduled for the 9th (I should add in that by this point all of the details with regards to package and speed were incorrect but we were told if we change it now the process will restart and it will take longer - Cynthia Arnolds, who was/is helping us promised that this would change when it's up) We left it as is as we were promised it would be up and running by the 1st of August (yesterday). We then got radio silence, no one contacted us with regards to modem delivery or anything else for that matter. We kept on emailing, however, we were ignored. Now on the 2nd we have no internet, Cynthia apparently has been off (since the 16th apparently and couldn't contact us) we have now been told that the order is out of SLA(service level agreement). they are going to need to raise this with a brand manager in order to give you feedback in the next 24 to 48business hours, on top of a good few weeks we have been waiting. So we decided to cancel - Which they are again just ignoring the request, they have charged us already for what I don't know and seem to be ignoring us while holding us hostage in their services. We have been with webafrica for about maybe 4-5 years (maybe more) and clearly, us sticking with them really means nothing for them.
