Purchased 100ml Issey Miyake Fusion via Makro Online. Spent R1295, total *******! That perfume is not legit, doesn't even last for 45 minutes! Never again!
Called the Digital Support on 0860 100 696 on 2024/07/23 at 08:25, spoke to Shudu Nethenge who I personally feel is very ***********, doesn't pay attention to detail. Don't know if he's doing something else while talking to clients...kept repeating myself, he then pauses a lot, goes back to script and makes me repeat myself over and over again. He has no clue of the questions he asks "Group Scheme Name" I tell him, he then asks me again, it's like he's running a circus of some sort, I really can't take him serious. He then goes on to say I'll have to call again, so he could transfer my call to the Group Scheme I told him my query is about and specifically told him I needed my cellphone number updated, so I could get an OTP. I eventually hung up as I couldn't deal with Shudu Nethenge anymore!!!
Called the Helpline 0860105340 2024/02/20 12:01. A consultant answered "Hello", no introduction whatsoever! I tell him I've got an existing life cover policy with the company and looking to get a funeral cover, asked him for a quotation and options etc. He tells me "Go log on to our website, choose a funeral cover and we'll call you back". I asked him if he's one of the consultants that make call backs and he answers "Yes" but he can't assist me over the phone, appalling! I'm so annoyed by his attitude I immediately ask him to put me through to the Life Cover department. He then asks for my ID number, I give it to him...he then tells me "Oh, Mr. Mazibuko your policy with us is not Active and he asks me when last I paid my premium". At this point, I was annoyed and asked him for his name and told him I'd report him. His name is Katlego Machedele. I'll be looking into Clientele for a Funeral Cover.
Placed an order for a new installation, a router was dropped off by the courier company. Promised the tech would come through today 2024/01/08 10:00 AM to no avail. Had a chat via FaceBook Webafrica, I'm given runarounds, they have no clue what's going on!
Called WeBuyCars Careline 3 following weeks to request that the send my documents to my closest Postnet in Gallo Manor. They promised that it would take up to 3 days before I could receive them, till this day I'm waiting and now I'm receiving SMSes that I need to collect them they've been sent to the Silverlakes branch! The Call Centre is so unhelpful and very unprofessional! All they do is make up a bunch of stories!!!
It's been really a bad downhill experience dealing with Bongiwe Mthombeni. All we do is go back and forth. App**** for a loan, she asked for 3 months banking statement, sent them. Next 2 days, she asks me to use my work email address to communicate instead of using my personal Gmail account, did so. Next thing, she asks that I write a formal statement of the account I'm using on top of the banking statements I've sent. What does one have to do honestly to get some assistance???
I'm receiving smses from VVM Vodacom stating that my phone contract premiums are in errors when this is not true! My bank statements could prove this as I get debited every month and I've confirmed this with Intellicel. Please update your records!!
