We booked and paid in full, 4 months prior, for a stay during a wedding coming up in two days' time. They dropped us today with no warning or explanation. It's RUINED the wedding as we now cannot stay for the evening festivities. I reached out to the owner and GM, JP Valverde, who has not bothered to reply. This business does not deserve support.
I ordered a hamper for my mom's 85th birthday, 2 days ahead. I am in Jo'burg and she's in PMB, KZN, so it was important, as I couldn't be there. An email from NetFlorist confirmed delivery for her special day. Now, four (4) days AFTER, there is still NO DELIVERY! I contacted them on the delivery date to complain and got an auto-response, saying someone would be in touch. They haven't been, at all. I called them twice today to follow up, at my expense. Lots of excuses later, all I've been offered is a refund on the delivery fee. It's no good enough. My elderly mom thinks I dis-regarded her important birthday. I am stressed out about having used a company that USED to be reliable and no longer is. No communication from them. SHAME on you NetFlorist, this is the last time I use you.
Lucky helped me reduce costs today, after I learned I'm taking a 35% pay cut. Thanks for your thoroughness and understanding.
MBALI NGEMA in claims is honestly the best agent I've experienced. Super fast, efficient and kind. She contacted me in under 5 minutes after claim was lodged and was at my side in the days that followed. She even organised me a Pamper Hamper owing to the stress we went through with the damage. I've been a client since 2006 and am very, very happy with the company and its agents. Thanks Mbali, you rock and deserve something special from your company!
After 25 years of being a loyal customer I've closed my email with Mweb. Two hours on the phone yesterday with their tech department being extremely unhelpful. Haven't been able to access email for 2 weeks. Can't even phone in, coz the OTP they say they sent doesn't land. I get all my other OTPs no problem. They passed me from pillar to post, saying the problem is my side, even when I followed instructions. They are arrogant, complacent and don't deserve my business. It's a HUGE hassle losing this email after so many years. It touches EVERY area of my life, but I am desperate. Customer care is an unknown term for Mweb.
My partner and I both paid a lot of money to get our car licences renewed through these guys, NOTHING to show for it! This is a scam and we're reporting it to police.
