Worse customer service ever. Made a purchase on the 22nd of october after waiting finally got my stand on the 8th of November upin opening one panel broken. Took pictures sent via email and whatsapp no response the advertised customer service hours are 09h00-16h00 called no answer from 12h00-16h00 even called fhe store they advised only customer services can assist monday morning called numerous times no answer sent whatsapp they just asked when did i collect so they can try get out of the 48hr return policy they have. I have been sending whatsapp texts which are ignored i just want my refund and them to take their defective atand that is all. I think this is by far the worse ervice any store has in the whole of South Africa. I haven't been heloed even now
Very poor or non existing service. Ive disputed 2 account and won in my favour months ago but no update has been made on the record. Wrote numerous emails called so many times but cant get an Agent. How does one get assistance
Could you kindly stop harrassing and close of the prescribed debt you *****ulently openned i have disputed with experian and and transunion and won in my favour but has yet to be closed. Reading the reviews seems its your way of doing things.
Bought a 2012 polo vivo with a paint cover sneaked in on the contract upon arrival the car had scratched and chips on the paint all over. Had a weird noise on the engine upon ispection tensioner belt is cut in half and pulley worn. Upon confronting Naniki Maseko did not even reply and continued to block on whatsapp. This people rip people off.
