Refusal to refund transaction that went off twice
I bought tickets for an event at Ground The Venue. The transaction went off twice and I have proof from my bank of this, yet they (Deneo M specifically) refuse to refund me. Please be super careful when buying on Howler.0 replies

Shocking quality, ****s customers
Please be aware, this company uses **** images - the colour and quality of the product you receive are vastly different from the images on the site. And they don't offer refunds on sale items, but all items are always 'on sale' so as to circumvent having to refund shockingly low quality items. Be warned. Look at their other reviews, it is not just me0 replies

Damaged stock and no refund
They sent me damaged stock. Now they have supposedly processed a refund, but a week later and still nothing. And when I email for support they ignore you.0 replies

Terrible. Run, don't walk in the opposite direction
I have been with them for more than 6 years. With multiple pets insured and a monthly premium of R2000. And today when I claimed, they just rejected my pet claim. No reasons given. Stay far, far away2 replies

Poor quality
The Belle Bag has an extremely uncomfortable strap, and the quality was poor. The lining sticks out from underneath the leather. You pay an enormous price for something that looks cheap0 replies
