USELESS!

MAKING USE OF CHEAP, UNRELIABLE COURIER SERVICES!
I have been a very loyal customer towards Takealot for the past few years, but their delivery service just made them loose my support! Orders have always been on time, now days all deliveries are rescheduled for up to a week or you are asked to collect your parcel from the courier branch, just to get there and say I must come back tomorrow? The last 3 orders of mine has been a nightmare to get! Poor, poor & poor! Shame on you TAKEALOT

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REFUND
Wrong item delivered Returned on 15/5/20202 and collected by courier 22/5/2020 It is almost 4 weeks later and still no refund It says return in progress since 15/5/2020 on Zando's website They just don't reply or give any customer service! Would never recommend this company to anyone

DISSAPPOINTED IN THIS (once BEAUTIUL) resort- Poor managemnet
LA MONTAGNE BALLITO!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone! In 2016 we were there while they were renovating, we were not warned prior to booking! Was noisy and disturbing from 07:00 to 17:00! Yet again, we booked for October 2019, I cancelled 2 months prior to arrival and still they won't refund me! And last month only I was informed that they have been downgraded from a 4* to a 3*( Still I paid for a 4*). And not even to mention the bad food from the restaurant inside)

Fast and furious! You are throwing takealot's name away, please stick to the delivery date! Takealot sends an sms but fast and furious never pitches when they are supposed to
