My excellent credit record dropped 20 points due to an erroneous non payment report by On Air. Despite efforts I cannot get a response from them. Apparently it will be on my record for 5 years
Took delivery of new polo sedan just over a month ago. Last week the LH high beam stopped working. Took it to the dealership today. Globe cannot be replaced. Sealed unit. Cost R17000! Under warranty now but, in just under 3 years???
Paid and confirmed licence renewal on 23 February. Been receiving messages for 2 weeks that it is ready to be delivered. Phone lines don’t work. Still no licence. Currently driving on an expired licence
My third TAG Aquaracer Automatic bought just under 2 years ago. Local distributors have refused to repair under warranty. They say it has been damaged by irregular impact. I’m almost 60. Most active thing I do is play golf once a week. Quote is R 4000 to repair Very disappointing example of Swiss engineering
10 Days after being defrauded of R19000, I am still awaiting any contact from MTN. All I have received is this very poorly worded automated response, requesting my signature? Suspicious? None of the Customer Service Ambassadors or In-store managemnet can confirm this request to be legitimate. "Good day Sir/Madam Compliments of the season to you and your family. Hope this mail finds you well We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and inconveniencing you Kindly note that the below is required for us to conduct a fraud investigation. • Certified copy of ID/passport not older than 3 months and • A summary of what has transpired which includes your physical address and a signature. Hi was defrauded of a significant amount of money last Wednesday 06th January. Emailed the Fraud Department and received an automated response that they would be in touch within 8 working hours. Despite several reminder emails no response to date. Customer Care will not give me a contact number
When I look through all the complaints lodged against MTN over the last 3 months. The business just doesn't respond. I logged an issue on 01/04/2020 and still no response. No explanation from the local sore either. Struggling to understand what role Hellopeter attempts to perform?!

I wrote a review regarding poor service from MTN. Their "PRIVATE" reply was completely unacceptable. Of course Hellopeter and people who follow public chats about this would not know that. So what exactly is the point of writing reviews??
I raised a review regarding MTN SA. Was notified that MTN SA had responded. When I followed the response link the message was that only MTN SA can read the response. How does this possibly help
