I don't even want to put one star there coz they don't deserve even 1 star. I am so furious that I've been driving around with a car that has NO tracker and I've been paying. So what happened was my car did not want to start and I took it to a battre centre and they told me that the tracker system is the cause of my batree being drained coz it's not working. Only yesterday it struck me that this thing is not working coz on Saturday my alarm went off in a very busy area and I was in the store, my door was open and the alarm went off and Netstar never even called. Yesterday after I found out this thing is not working I pressed the panic button and again nobody called me. I am very disappointed and now they are telling me they can only come out MONDAY imagine I must struggle with my batree being drained everytime with this stupid system that is not even working. My question is what if I was in trouble and I press the panic button not even knowing it's not working. I AM BASICALLY PAYING FOR A THING THAT IS NOT WORKING
I am so mad for the longest time MTN is not dabeting my account so I pay them manually so I pay as per Norman in the 1st so the second suddenly they debit again. Today is the 8th I m still waiting for my money. Mind you I left that money there for my other account that needs to be paid so now I can't pay my account MTN took my money. I called them they said I need to send my pop and proof of acc and copy of my ID I sent it. I call again they tell me the same thing I called them more thn 20 times and they keep telling me the same thing and I sent them everything. Guys please don't take out contracts with MTN they re ****MERS all my friends complained about them I don't know why I went to them.tjisnisbthe ref they gave me but nothing is happening terrible service provider I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even my enemy. I am so tired of Telkom I am hopeless. I paid my account up to date they handed me over to the external collection company... Not once did I receive a sms or call from their internal collectors. I am gojnt to mke sure I tke this matter further
Guy please do not use RAIN network it's a **** network. Since I put it in I was never able to use it. I called the call Centre they said they would cancel it but they not doing anutjknv and nobody ever even called me. I would not recommend RAIN to anyone. I am very ****ed at their service

Cresta mall Rage rufuses to give my money back after I bought shoes and they are telling me I can't get a refund I did not even were the shoes. The lady at Rage is very rude and needs to go for training to talk to her customer in a professional manner Angela at Rage Cresta mall needs help
Guys this is really bad... Telkom is a joke the service they provide is pathetic. SO.... I cancelled my contract with them and paid them all their money, so it happens that I paid more than expected so I am due for a refund. But the funny part about this is that the 1st agent I spoke to told me it's 3000 and the second 1 had a different amount of 2500....ok I proceeded to make plans as to what is the next step. I spoke to Xolani Thembela who told me that I must wait 14 working days for them to pay me my money back. OK so he also said that the matter is sent to the billing department who needs to refund me. OK so it's day 20 I still did not receive my money. I call them they tel me that this is matter was NEVER escalated so now I'm on the dark as to why I was told it was sent or the relevant department and from there I wait 14 days for the money. Now no body can help me. I was even given a Ref 78914462... TELKOM IS A BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE. I DON'T KNOW WAT TO DO ANYMORE
I am so so mad guys like really mad.. So I got a contract with MTN of which I pay R850. Monthly and now I receive smss saying I need to pay more... This fools decided that I need to now pay more after I signed a contract for 850 they want more money... I have never seen anything like this I've been wth Telkom for years and NEVER have I had such problems... They even cut my line like this is now my problem that they want more money from me after we had an agreement.
My Wifi is off now for 4 days going for 5,i am calling the call center and nobody can help me I don't even know what else to do now they keep saying they will call me I am still waiting nobody is calling me or helping me. I paid them but my wifi is off this is a **** network I will not recommend it to anyone. I can't even watch TV. I AM SO ****ED!!!
So I received statement of - 46 Cents so I made it my means to go to the store at Cresta to find out if I can pay so this lady says No u don't owe anything coz it shows that we owe u 46cents..The reason why I made it my means to go to the store is coz I wanted to pay my account so I won't be behind... SO NOW TELKOM IS TREATENING TO DISCONNECT MY SERVICES.. I am so tired of TELKOM I cannot say that my services with them was ever pleasent coz I've always just had problems with them. And now I call I cannot go through I send emails nobody is even replying to my emails so what do I do now really I give up I don't even know how to feel about this **** network.
