Worst experience
The phone I ordered from Revibe was opened and tempered with. The charging head doesn’t match the SA wall socket. I reached out to Revibe and have not had a favourable response. So disappointed because Revibe come highly recommended.

Bad elements ****ming people within the courier guy
There are bad elements who ope clients parcels. I ordered a phone from Revibe and when it was delivered, the box containing the phone was open regardless it been sealed with tape a a seal sticker from Revibe . Furthermore, the sealed plastic bag containing the phone inside the box, was also opened and later closed with staples. The charging head doesn’t fit into the wall socket. That too was swapped.

POOR SERVICE FROM PEP PAXI
Was expecting a parcel sent through PAXI on the 06th December 2024. PAXI staff not assisting at all to trace it. Their response is that the courier is not responding to their emails but they are not escalating.

Never had any response from VA, instead I have been getting threatening calls since then.

Easy to take but extremely difficult to pay back
So easy for them to take your money and keep it as a hold, But such a hustle to get the deposit back. No explanation. You are killing your business with so many bad reviews. It’s been a full month since the car was returned and no explanation why the hold is not paid back.

What does it take to cancel contract
I called VA around December 2019 to cancel my month to month contract and thought that all was in place. I never head from them until earlier 2021 when they call to inform me that I haven’t paid my monthly payment and I explained that I had already cancelled my contract over a year ago. I demanded that they fix the account. I did not hear from them again. This morning I received a threatening text message demanding that I pay at least R295 towards “VA account” to avoid legal proceedings. Wonder what will it take for VA to understand that I have cancelled my contract with them.
