We booked at a place called 14onsunrise. It's a bnb on the north coast of KZN. Saw it advertised on FB and decided to give it a try because the pictures posted were so beautiful that I had to go there. I'm a fishing enthusiast so it made perfect sense to book there. 1 street separates you from the beach. I'd say it's 2mins walk to the beach. The place is let out privately and the hosts were phenomenal. It's a 3 bedroom apartment (2 has an en-suite) overlooking the beach. The very spacious balcony has its own braai facility with a nice long table to accommodate lots of people. The pics doesn't do it justice because it's 10x better in person. I would recommend going there anytime.
Buffalo international logistics are THE WORST logistics company I've ever dealt with. They certainly don't deserve the 1 star I gave them. If there was a choice, I'd give them -stars. ****** bunch of rogues. They are unprofessional and sincerely lack customer care skills. I'm still waiting for Buffalo to deliver my order placed on 11/11/2021. It'll be 1 year exactly in 2 days time and I've still to receive my order or even an explanation as to why I didn't get my order. The company I ordered it from dispatched my order in time. It reached the buffalo warehouse. According to buffalo, Cyprian Xaba was the guy that delivered my order but I never received it. There is no proof that it was ever delivered to my complex. They failed to show me proof...like the person who signed for the delivery. They refused to answer my calls or emails. Rennet Nightingale, their client care manager, was supposed to have 'sorted' out my dilemma conveniently disappeared from buffalo. She is useless and unprofessional in her dealings with me. She made promises that she never kept to. I spent $39.99 on this order which I don't have. What happens to companies that do honest people down like the way buffalo international logistics did to me? What recourse do I have?
I wouldn't want to give them any stars. They certainly don't deserve any. It was really an eye opener to see such pathetic and unprofessional service given by Buffalo's management staff. Especially 1 by the name of Lebo. She has no regard or empathy for their customers. My order from China came to them in December 2021. It was supposed to be delivered to me at my home address in December. I paid for all fees in full and beforehand. When I enquired from the company that I ordered as to where my order was, they said that according to the tracking number that was given to them by Buffalo, I should already have it in my possession. They gave me the tracking number. I went on Buffalo's tracking page and found that a Cyprian Xaba from Buffalo had already delivered my order on 23/12/2021 to home. I live in a gated complex so no one goes in or out without the knowledge of the guards. There is no evidence of any delivery on that day. I've been trying ever since to get a hold of Buffalo but sadly they do not answer their phones and their Whatsapp number is a joke. They don't ever answer that either. I eventually went to the depot on 10/01/2022. I was told to park outside and stand outside in the hot sun. Another gentleman was already there from 9am. It was 10:05am when I got there. I was only seen to at 10:55am. All the while we stood in the blazing hot sun. The guy helping us was a total waste of time. He wanted me to come the next day because he couldn't get a hold of Cyprian Xaba, the delivery man, so I insisted he call 1 of the managers. By this time there were about 6 of us, all having problems with their orders. Some were awaiting for months for their orders. Some were told to "come back next week". They came for 4 weeks in a row and nothing. Then Lebo came to "assist" us. She is such an unprofessional and unsympathetic person that made us gag in disbelief. Mind you, we all are standing outside in the hot sun while the staff that's " helping" us are all undercover. I was told that they are waiting for Cyprian's POD ( proof of delivery). She was useless and of no help to any of us. I asked for another manager. Then came Renette Nightingale. I explained her what happened and she seemed to listen and was understanding. She assured me that she'll get to the bottom of my problem. She said that she'll email me her personal email address and we will correspond via her email. I was happy that at least I'll get some answers. I asked for her cell number but she declined to give it to me" Infront" of the others. " I'll email it to you" she said. I left feeling a little better. It's now 13/01/202 and still no correspondence from Renette Nightingale. Another liar and a bull****ter. Now the only recourse for me is to engage my attorney. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS THEY ARE CROOKED THROUGH AND THROUGH...
While holidaying as the Emerald Casino River Resort my passenger car was accidentally shattered by one of the guys cutting the lawns. Evita helped me through the entire process of replacement of the glass without any hassles. I was very impressed by her professionalism. Thank you Evita.
They stink. They are a bunch of thieves. They took my R99 and did not do the service that they promised. Overnight delivery...my ass!!! I want my money back as a Matter of Principle
