Excellent service.
Want to thank Santam, Elize van der Merwe who are always so helpful with claims. We had 3 claims this year... not nice! But Santam came through each and every time. The last claim they used Anton Coetzee from Johan Etzebeth and Ass. to do an evaluation. Everything went smooth an handled professionally. Will definitely recommend Santam. 👌

Standard bank going down the drain?
Absolutely pathetic service! Was in Wellington branch Friday 28 10 22 for 2 and a half hours to find out why my virtual card doesn't want to work paying my supplier. The consultant phoned helpline 3 times, waiting for about 20 minutes each time... everytime another apartment, eventually they dropped the call and I had to go. Monday I TRIED phoning myself... the very same thing, waiting dropping calls. I sent 2 complaints via email, both came back, addresses WRONG on website!! Went in today AGAIN, after an hour they said they will investigate and off I went just to receive a sms... card nr not validated... phone so and so number! To hold on forever again? Why not give me a SOLUTION instead of asking ME to phone in again! I am so on my way to another bank, really this is ridiculous!!

Pathetic useless Admins
2 Years ago my husband went under debt review and my account was blocked. Everything was sorted out by the guy who did that. MY account! married OUT OF COMMUNITY OF PROPERTY!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING was rectified!!! Now today they come with the same story!!!!!! Where the hell does this come from??? I pay religiously EVERY month and even more!! due!!!! Had to leave everything...embarrassing!!!!

Excellent service food and price!
Really delicious food. Weekly specials you cant miss. Like Friday 2 delicious pizza for +-R130 Tuesday 2 very large delicious chicken schnitzels also like R130. Delivery excellent...food is always warm.

Aggressive Manager or owner
Andries at Aan de Doorns guesthouse falsely accused my son of stealing a Microwave...threatening him with the Police and throwing him out at nighttime! My son took it to the Cellar where he work and which he thought it belong to. He is unreasonable, aggressive and don't know the first thing of the hospitality industry...to be polite, reasonable and calm. You DO NOT treat anyone in that matter!

Went to Jet to find out that Edgars put a hold on my account because my ex husband is under debt review, was married out of community of property anyway. There is credit on my account and I just want it back then they can keep their account!!
