Order with canvas prints - white blotches/ink - no issue with submitted photo. Then the photo books - oh my goodness - I don't know where to begin. 🫣 The cover corners are almost all damaged and the covers are "bubbling" - it is difficult to show on a photo - but it almost seems as if the covers are not "tight" and "lifting"? Images are way darker and a funny shade. Such a waste of money! Tried contacting - phone cuts after 3 minutes of holding. WhatsApp line is clearly AI responding to the first message.
Definitely not legit! I bought a product and the order was confirmed! Upon querying a week later I was informed the product is out of stock but I can get the cheaper option. What a waste of time!!!
If I could give a -100 rating I would. Car stolen on Saturday 21 January. Recovered by Netstar just after 12:00 - in Mamelodi. Call from Discovery at 18:00 apologising for the delay but that they are on the way to the car in Soshanguve - although the car has been at the Pretoria West Impound since 13:00. Mpho Mamaragane - our "dedicated" person for the claim - has not had the decency to contact us. Jidz recovering party was instructed to take the car to Auction National in Centurion - but the car is in Kemptonpark because "it was easier".
I have not been using Rain since 2020. Yet my account has now been debited for two months! I don't even own an active SIM! No reply to emails!
Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a product on 16 March - paid for next day delivery - thus 17 March. However due to incompetence / a warehouse error - delivery date changed to 22 March - despite me paying for next day delivery. The FB response team is beyond rude and will not attempt to assist. I was promised a call back on 17 March at 10:30 - I am still waiting. Dishonest and lies upon lies. Takealot is horrible to do business with.
Horrible experience! Order should have been delivered - other other "still on the way". When I queried my order she asked me to send pictures of what I ordered. No feedback. No refunds. No assistance.
Discovery Primary Care IS the worst! Every time when I try to take our nanny to a doctor - there is an issue. Dispensing of medicine is an issue - and needs to be paid out of pocket - and to top it of it takes 10 weeks to be reimbursed (after Onke told me it was done weeks ago). Dental visits are included in the benefit - but apparently not - they are not willing to pay one single cent for the dentist visit last week.
I have paid for 5G - yet no service - at all - no matter what I tried. It was promised that I would be refunded - still waiting. Lies upon lies upon lies!
