My electricity was switched off this morning by Ekhuruleni staff on allegation of meter tamper. The guy who came to my gate had a notice of meter tamper and extortion language so that he couldn't switch. On record, I stay in a complex where meters of several houses are in on main meter box. We have no access as tenants to this meter box. It's not the first time these staff have come threatening to switch off and the start asking for money to save me.
About 3 years ago Cyber Ads, through their marketing person, signed a contract where they were to develop a website. In two weeks , I had a a previous service provider who had neglected doing the same website. I called Cyber Ads marketing consultant that my website had been sorted and I wished to cancel. Cyber Ads hadn't done anything, 1. No domain registration 2. No consultation with a web developer Completely nothing! For over 3 years they have an aggressive female calling me regularly asking for full website fee. If they are right at law why can't this Cyber bully company go to court on this matter than keep bugging me!
I have been to your Glen Marais Kempton park branch. I was refused to open account by a Consultant by the name Carol as she said my work permit issued by Home Affairs is not familiar to her. I have a work permit allowing me to contact work in South Africa. I believe ignorance of a bank official of different work permit can never be a measure to refuse a national bank to lose a potential client
I had a complaint against De Lucia Group which was an error on my part as I didn't not understand their role in their matter. Vincent from De Lucia Group called and explicitly explained to me how they work and that my matter was from the Complex Directors. For that I am grateful 🙏
I am horrified by contact of De Lucia Group who are managing our residential complex in Kempton park. A week ago, De Lucia wrote a letter against our children that our children were a nuisance making noise in the complex. In the letter, De Lucia Group claims R150.00 for that letter. I have 3 children who are: a 2 year toddler who still learning to talk, a son who is 13 years old and has a talking challenges (doesn't talk at all in public) and a daughter who is 10. Strictly speaking, my children do not wonder around the complex , let alone this allegation which comes with no evidence or investigation. De Lucia Group, issued a letter alleging that my children were a nuisance on Sunday and they issued a letter on a Monday; practically the following day. The same day we responded. To date the organization has not responded to our email. When we posted our outrage in the complex group, we discovered that they had issued same letter to three other residents who are suprisingily like us. The assumption of De Lucia Group is that the four particular families kids are the ones who were making noise/nuisance? I do not have facts of the particular day of noise/nuisance but I have seen kids in the complex playing as a mixed race. It is in this incident that a narrative and allegation of noise/nuisance is given particular kids.

I was having a great Friday until Wembely Engen Service station , Atlas Road Boksburg 🚉 😑 blew it up ! They fueled my diesel car with petrol, ignoring what I told the attendant and the "Diesel " inscription on the fuel cap! When I got the back to the service station, they made me to speak to a mechanic who was asking irrelevant questions that were suggestive that my vehicle developed a separate mechanic problem. It can never get worse than this ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Engen SA South Africa
I had a water burst on my meter on 20 November 2021 around 7am and reported the matter with reference number 0232 20/11/21. Now it's 1700hrs the clean precious water is still gushing out. I have phoned severally only to meet aggressive call center agents who promise to "escalate " the matter. I have written into their Facebook page still no service. Pathetic service
On 1 November 2021 my wife bought groceries from Spar Glen Acres for R1 982.63 and On her grocery list was two 6packs of fresh milk. The til operator told my wife that if she had any problems with the milk she must return it. To our surprise, our minor kids reported that the milk was bad on the 3rd of November 2021. We checked the milk and discovered that it was indeed bad. In the evening of the 3rd of November 2021 we took the milk back to Spar. A security guard to us to a supervisor. The supervisor asked us to either get a refund or replacement of the two cartoons. We requested to speak to the manager. One Marius came and we told him the problem. It was shocking to have a very defensive manager who went ahead to teach us that it was just separation of water and milk and it wasn't poisonous. The defensive Marius said it was not his responsibility of their head office. There was more than 3 cartoons returned as we spoke. If a till operator warned of the bad milk surely a consumer sensitive somebody within the shop should have removed the bad batch they claim. Nevertheless they continued selling to that last item. Having supported same Spar over a decade, this disappointing to learn that we have been supporting a non-responsible Spar outlet. No care of health and customer care.
A complete rip off from Airlink. Took a business client for check in at 950am for a 1040am flight to Hararefrom OR Tambo. While in the queue an Airlink staff came to say they had closed. The client was denied entry and told to rebook for next flight which they need full booking payment. What a ripp off !
