I went into the store way back in 2021 and I received great customer service and individual attention... however! Their prices are a bit steep, especially when you compare them with Takealot or other retailers. Do you research and compare their prices with other stores, there are cheaper deals out there.
Where previously I would've boasted about the great experience we HAD with Vox, for the last two to three months we have been riddled with DAILY connectivity issues. If you'd want a prime example of how their customer service has dropped off, when we signed up we were promised that if we had any problems, they'd be sorted at the drop of a hat. I left a ticket with their Support Team last week about daily connectivity issues throughout the day, and a week later have yet to have a single human get back to me. As someone that works in Support, it is unacceptable to have such pathetic response time with the number of staff employed there. Likely going to explore other options.
If I could give it a 10 out of 5 I would. This place is beyond awesome. Been here a few times and it gets better and better every single time. Highly recommend the Honey and Garlic Chicken, I'm lowkey addicted. Shoutout to Jamal (hope I spelled your name right) for the quality service! Definitely going back ☺

I've seen a lot of negative review for Vox of which I simply cannot relate. Had them for a year and haven't had one day of bad service. They recently doubled our fibre speed for no additional cost. Great and friendly support too, would highly recommend.
When I went into the store on Saturday, I received excellent customer service; the individual attention was outstanding! The staff is wonderful and goes above and beyond to assist the customer. I would, and have already, strongly recommended them.
Placed my order on Friday and by Monday I had not spoken to someone from Hey Casey! who was confirming some details with me regarding the design, but by Wednesday I already received the cover in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend their services because they are quick, inexpensive, and highly efficient.
Where do I start? For starters, I phone support and it kills my call, then when I phone support I'm shadowed into another call where they can't hear me but then I can hear their entire conversation with another client (not to mention a lot of random noise in the background). Finally when I get in touch with a human consultant, I'm told that they'll take down my cell number and give me a ring back, it's been half a day now with no service or acknowledgement that they're working on the issue at hand; no call, no email, nothing. Our business is struggling as it stands already, now with this issue they're almost purposefully digging us our grave. Use VOX or virtually any other provider other than Telkom instead.
If you want a Five-A-Side experience, I'd strongly recommend Fives Futbol. Look, some areas of their service could use some work, for example, the Century City branch has ridiculously high prices, however it is made somewhat worth when dealing with someone like Derek who for years has had a trusted, friendly and honest service. If you're booking a game, make sure you speak to him, he'll make you feel more than welcome! All in all, if I could ask for one improvement it would be to have more consistent prices all round, as I could go to Bayside Fives and pay significantly less than Century City Fives for pretty much the same experience. OTherwise, I would strongly recommend them, no better five-a-side service in Cape Town.
Shoutout to my man Zunaid who went above and beyond to assist us yesterday, would strongly recommend giving him a shout! Quality lad.
