Since posting my last review in October, there is still no change, still no signal for 90% of the day or night. A technician finally came to my property (after weeks of complaining) to look at what the problem was. Of course he blamed my set-up, load shedding, the weather. I have not had a problem for 7 months, so why should there be a problem now??? They are over-subscribed, and have not updated their infrastructure to keep up with the demand. They efficiently take your money every month, but they cannot supply any reasonable semblance of a connection. Also note that they reply to customers on hellopeter privately - why is that? What are they hiding? Do not use this company - they are scamming the public.
Rain Internet does not work during loadshedding. I have sent Rain many complaints over the last week about no internet during loadshedding and also intermittant connection between loadshedding. They have still not fixed the problem
Terrible service. After using Monsoon Irrigation for many years, I was extremely disappointed with their last repair of my irrigation system. They had to come back numerous times and the leaks are still not repaired. What they have charged me so far is outrageous, and they have a bad attitude when you complain that what you have been charged for is still not repaired.
My accounts have been moved to the SatrixNow platform. I am having problems gaining access to 3 of my 4 accounts. I have sent emails to helpme@satrixnow.co.za from a week ago and still no response. When you call you are told that due to lockdown there will be no phone response but they will respond to emails. STILL WAITING - A WEEK LATER!!
DMC Debt Collectors have been harrasing me for a few years now, and I am sick and tired of their disturbing and threatening phone calls at very odd hours of the day. They call at 6.30am or 6pm, or any time in between - on my cell phone and on my home phone. I have explained, far too many times, that I do NOT owe the amount in question to Virgin Cell phone company. At least 15 years ago I bought a cell phone on a 24 month contract, and when the contract term was up I gave them written notice to terminate the contract. I bought my next cell phone on contract with Vodacom, who I have been with ever since. Virgin Cell continued to take debit orders off my bank account despite many calls and letters to them to stop doing so. I then put a stop on the debit orders with my bank, and despite this Virgin Cell would change the amount by a few cents to try and get it paid. Over the years I have been harrassed by many different debt collection companies for this amount. I do NOT owe Virgin Cell any money!! I am being harassed continuously by DMC and I have had enough!! If this does not stop immediately I will go to the police station and lay a charge of harrassment against DMC Debt Collection.
