A *****ulent account was open in my name and mtn requested i do an affidavit and send a copy of my certified ID which i did and said they will clear my name. This occurred in 2021, i went to mtn's offices to request a letter of confirmation that the account was fradulently opened, and to also requested that my name be cleared in their system as a none payer. I called nimble to inform them about the situation and provided all necessary supporting documents as evidence despite all the effort made nothing happened to this day. Nimble still appears on my credit score that i owe them and this has negatively affected my credit score as now I'm labelled as a bad payer because of Nimble's incompetency to resolve the matter that has been pending for more than 2years.
*****ulent account was open in 2021 and MTN consultant called me and asked if I have a profile with them and I told them I do not have account with them. They then requested that I do affidavit and certified id copy which I did and I forwarded them the required documents, and few days later they told me the matter is resolved this was in 2021. To my suprise when I visited the store Mtn in Rustenburg, waterfall few weeks ago in May 2023. When I check my credit score Mtn is flagged that I owe them and I have missed 4 payments. My credit score is negatively dented due to Mtn failing to have dealt with matter. Can MTN please clear my name that my credit score can be on track.

I would like to give feedback regarding Nuvo Italia that the matter has been resolved and Nuvo Italia did refund me. I thank you Hellopeter you really assisted me and much appreciated.
I would like to bring to your attention that we have recently bought kitchen chairs at your store that are defected and we requested them to be returned and be fully refunded. To date Nuvo Italia is not willing to refund us due to courier driver that lost bolts and nuts that we packaged and sealed. I'm unsatisfied by the manner in which Nuvo Italia is failing to take accountability for selling the clients products that are of poor quality and are defected on top of that refusing to refund us our money. Their action is unlawful and not in line with the consumer protection act of the constitution of south Africa 1996 Section 56 (b) They are of good quality, in good working order and free of any defects.
