Poor Service!
I cancelled my subscription with Isabella Garcia and notified them in writing. The delivery for November 2021 was stopped and the debit orders also stopped. All of a sudden I'm receiving a msg in January that my parcel is on the way. No one from IG spoke to me about this and I'm not even living at that address anymore! This is unacceptable!

Rude Hostess on BA 6304 to Cape Town
I had the most unpleasant experience while travelling from Durban to Cape Town on 5th April 2021, on BA 6304. I was on the last row (30C) and when I was putting my bag on the compartment I was harshly stopped by one of the hostesses because apparently no one is allowed to use it. She rudely instructed me to put it under the seat in front of me. When I asked her to repeat because I hadn't heard what she said, she asked a fellow passenger to explain to me in Zulu. As if being talked down at was not harsh enough. This ruined the rest of my 2 hour flight, and I had to just sit and close my eyes to fight back the tears. That moment I even considered never ever using British Airways if that is how badly passengers are treated.

Rude Manager-Thapelo
The Manager, THAPELO was very rude to us when we accidentally broke a glass. He acted like we did it on purpose and even instructed the barmen not to serve us anymore. I don't see myself going thee anytime soon as long as THAPELO is there!

FNB, the best bank in South Africa by Far
FNB is one of the best banks in South Africa, if not the top one. I have dealt with other banks and FNB is still the best in my books. They have the some of most efficient service. I haven't been inside a bank in more than a year because I don't need to, the FNB banking app has everything I need. Its easy to use and keeps you up to date with whats happening in all your accounts, as it happens. The staff that I speak to on the phone are very friendly, professional and quite knowledgeable. I always feel much at ease once I've spoken to one of the FNB call centre agents regardless of how big my problem is. I'm very proud to be an FNB customer and I would recommend every South African to open an FNB account. I always have peace of mind thinking that my finances are in good hands because I have the best bank handling it.
