I have been liaising with mweb since the 08/10/2021 regarding funds that have been debited from my account with no prior notice what so ever, no explanation and no solid proof as to why they debited me an additional R1725. I was giving a ticket number with an assurance that the matter will be resolved or feedback would be given within 3 working days and as usual I had to call back for feedback, I called the back on the 12/10/2021 and was then given another ticket number once again because nothing had been done since my last call and was once again assured that it is marked as urgent since it is a matter regarding funds but it is now the 26/10/2021 and guess what there hasn’t been a call nor an email from them. They have terrible service I would never recommend them to anyone.
Really unhappy with vodacom, as usual every agent you speak to gives you a different explanation and nothing you need gets done. I've been waiting for my upgrade to be delivered and its delay after delay. Really fed up.
Worst service ever, I regret ever using them. Instead of assisting my situation they've made it worse and have no interest what so ever. If I do not call them to find out what's going on nothing happens and I'm still left in the dark. I urge you guys stay away from them. This is a company that waits for everything to fall in their lap. Initial person helping was Xolani which hasnt been any help and keeps passing blame to the so called guys at the office. Then gives excuses that he doesn't have airtime to follow up with our order. Moral of the story their service sucks big time.
Applied to register my business online on the 31/03/2019 all documents sent through on time when requested. it's now the 17/04/2019 and I'm still waiting. Never recieving a call from them giving me feedback. Everytime I call in a consultant just tells me we're escalating the matter. I've been told that 3 times already. Really bothersome process especially when you need to plan your business and get it off the ground.
I have signed up with metrofibre around end of January and I have never received an invoice or statement. I have been trying to get in contact with the accounts department from 8am this morning and I have even spoken to their sales reps,given my cell number and emailed the sales rep that I have dealt with but have been ignored and I have also told them that I require the documentation urgently. After giving my number I was told I will be called and nothing has happened 30mins have gone by. Really disappointed.
I am very disappointed with the service recieved from Vodacom regarding my billing. It had been confirmed by Smangele at the call centre at around 08:44am on the 09/10/2018 that my next debit will go off in December and I have been debited once again. Once my contract is done I am never dealing with Vodacom again ever. They just take your money and when you want your refund then it's a whole lengthy process where you need to print your statement and submit **** for their mistake.
