If I could give less stars I would. Since we moved into the house we are renting, we have experienced multiple issues with it. There were no working locks on the property, the glass doors didn't lock, no security gates can lock, the geyser keeps tripping, the gate motor isn't working properly, the garage doors can't lock, when it rains, the master bedroom and bathroom trips the power when you turn them on. I have asked for months for them to repair these issues, which is not an unreasonable request, so far, they have sent out a guy to add locks on the glass doors, but not even for all of them, they fixed the geyser, but this only worked for about a week. I simply get no response or feedback from them. I'm paying a lot of money to stay here. I'm always on time, I never skip payments, I never pay less than I should, and this is what I'm getting in return, I will never use Marx & Bester again, they are only useful when they wan't you to move in, after that, they are missing.
Terrible service! I saw a car that I really liked, afyer waiting for 20 mins for someone to assist me, they simply unlocked the car and left, I was told they have other things to do, they don't have time to assist me, I went back to reception to ask for someone else to assist me, another hour later someone arrived and was very judgemental about my choice, I asked several times for a test drive and was simply ignored, I enquired for someone to evaluate my vehicle for a trade in and was told to go outside and wait in a queue and maybe they will get the time to check it out, when I asked where the vehicle I want was standing they simply pointed in the general direction of that type of vehicle, I will never set foot in that pathetic company ever again, they are lying on the ads about what they are all about.
Clinton netcare hospital needs to figure out their appointment system, I called them to make an appointment at the gynecologist to check up on my wife's pregnancy . On the phone, I was told that I don't need an appointment, as long as we are there between 13:00 and 16:00, on a first come first serve basis. Today, I drove from fourways to Clinton hospital just to be told that they don't take walk ins, we need to have an appointment to see the gynecologist. Why was I told we can just come in when that wasn't the case?
My wife and I wan't to get a medical aid, according to their online porthole she qualifies to get GEMS as our medical aid, however we have received no communication from GEMS since we sent in our application almost 3 weeks ago, every email I send will be responded withing 48 hours according to them, however, we get no response, it's been 3 weeks already, phone calls don't work either.
Around 3 weeks ago, our Internet went off-line and so did our landline, I called telkom to inform them about the issue and they said they will fix it, well, 3 weeks down the line, nothing has happened, no technician was sent out, even though they said one would come, I made several calls to find out whats happening, and all I get is, were working to fix the problem, I visited their branch only to find out, my ticket wasn't even escalated to the relevant department yet. And yet, I got a bill from them expecting me to pay for their pathetic service. They provide no feedback, gives no information regarding the solution, expects full payment for services not delivered and does nothing to fix my internet. I have been sitting without a land line and ADSL for well over 3 weeks now
I wish I could give less than one star, I ordered from debonairs pizza from the Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark, the first time this happened, I waited over 3 hours to get 2 pizzas, I called and all I was told is to wait they are busy. I accepted it at first because its the end of the month and alot of people wants pizza. Yesterday I ordered again (9th of March 2019) and again waited over 3 hours to receive a cold pizza that tasted like **** and inboth instances I didn't even get everything I ordered, I couldn't call because my pizza only came around 10 at night and they were already closed. Debonairs used to make good pizzas and they were always at my house around 40 mins after I placed my order. It's save to say I will never in my life use debonairs in future, I'm so disappointed they are late and does not give a damn about their customers.
So I went to Hippo's site to get a ball park figure for insurance on a new car I'm planning to buy, and I regret every second since... After seeing all the prices I closed the site since the rest was of no use to me since I don't have the car yet, since yesterday I received around 8 or 9 calls, and couple of voice messages. They tried calling me when I was in a meeting, I rejected the call and they continuously called me, the second I reject it, one after the other, no break in between, I blocked the number and just got a bunch of notifications that they have called me. I DO NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO THEM, but they do not seem to notice that or even care, this is serious harassment, I did not request any calls, is it really necessary for them to Spam you like this?
