Standard Bank Easy sell. What a mess. You log a query or.try to call. No one replies or answers the phone. Holding time 20 + minutes and still no answer.
This is the worst service I ever received from a company. They called within 10 minutes of my enquiry to join, BUT oh my word, this is the 14 th of March, today is the 31st of March, they scheduled a fitment for the device on Monday the17 of March., still waiting... Then scheduled one for today 31 of March at 10 o'clock, still waiting. After phoning them and holding for 7 minutes. Received a WhatsApp message that the technician will contact me and the appointment is now for 12:30 I am still waiting. No follow up, no fitment. If this is how they operate, what will they do in an emergency???? No thank you. Please steer clear>

The customer service is non-existant. I tried to call, send an email, even visited a shop and the response is mostly the same. The shop said I applied online they can't help me, Toby - well it is a robot. Call center - I sent the email with relevant information and still no response. I only wish to cancel the insurance on a handset. Not a good experience with Vodacom
We had the most unusual weather and strong winds blew our garage roof off. Lodged the claim with Standard Bank Home loans insurance on 15 October 2018, as well as their Car insurance. Car already being fixed. I-Assure is the assessor and up to today the 8th of November 2018 no one has contacted me if I do not do it first. The bank is waiting on I-Assure who is waiting for the contractor and the contractor is waiting for I-Assure. Who is the culprit here. If I call the bank I wait for at least 8 - 15 minutes to be answered. When they answer I wait 5 - 8 minutes on hold while they try to find out what is happening. Seriously!!!
