Bad service
I bought a product, Eucerin UreaRepair Plus 10% Urea Body Lotion, for Very Dry Skin, 250m, R320 That was on special for R189l I received my product and it is a different Eucerin product!I was disappointed because u can't make a mistake! I could not normally afford this product and with it being on special I decided to get it! I send back the faulty product,and did not hear a thing from Takealot! Now I looked and my account is credited!!! I don't want a credit I want what I ordered at the price I ordered it!!! I am so upset now😭 I mean really u don't do this in business, I order allot from Takealot and have been a customer for many years and this is how u get treated

Bad bad Vodacom service
We had a Bad experience, Terrible Service, in November 2017,we ordered a new phone online! Cats60 for R150 a month, and vodacom said that it would take 6 weeks for delivery, so we waited. I kept on checking if coming, but no delivery no phone calls nothing! Then we had to go into vodacom for something and I asked the guy to check for me what's going on in February. Vodacom cancelled our order???? No stoc**** Im sorry stock is not my Problem we ordered the CATS60 because that is what we want, And That Is What We Will HAVE!!!! Then we put in a complaint and this lady offered my husband a f:*' LG phone no comparison I even went and ordered a cover from overseas, for my husbands new phone? We are upset, we have been with Vodacom for many years and I don't care where they get the Cats60 but I will get it, my husband needs it for work

Sad customer
I have cancelled my mobile contract online in March 2018, i live in Gansbaai so I have to drive to Herm**** to sort this out in a shop, but nothing is happening!! Telkom owe me R3000 maybe that's why, they don't want to pay my money back. Now they have charged me every month for a account that's cancelled, I have had enough now, I need the money?
