I purchased items as I always do for school from cotton on typo on their website. The delivery was set to come on the 5th January. No call was received from DPD laser but I received an sms to say it will be delivered on the 3rd Jan 2026, I then went on the app to postpone back to the original date being the 5th Jan. On the 3rd at about 2pm the status of the parcel shows delivered which was alarming as nothing was delivered. I have been back and forth with cotton on and DPD Laser and no one seems to take accountability. The response says delivered and no one can provide me with who signed for it and they wont be able to as no one was home on the day. This is theft and ***** and I will be charging the companies with both if I do not get my parcels this week! I have the delivery guy on camera so id like to see what the outcome is!!! Is this the way business is done *****ing from customers and claiming to deliver something you did not deliver. Cotton on and Dpd laser ..huge companies ****ming people!!! People in customer care at DPD laser must wake up not to mention the cotton on agents who answer the phone Martha Makgatho...no email etiquette! Almost a year later from my last review and there is no change if not the connection is absolutely worse. You guys have the audacity to send me an email around a 6% increase advising that the connection is better and more has been done to improve. What *******! I have been without wifi for a full day encounting...with no feedback. The Cc agent Rebecca, Sarah etc give you the same information over and over and the technicians were never onsite and did not even update. From the managers to the agents to the technicians, everyone has no idea what they doing! I expect a credit for the entire year of downtime i have had and expect a call back at fhe soonest as well as my wifi connection restored. Id also like the option to cancel my contract as you are already in breach as you are not providing a service. I have messaged Your CEO Shameel Joosub, let's hope i have internet connection! Worst internet coverage and connection with more downtime than any network. They sell you dreams and in the end you basically speaking more to the technicians and receiving sms's around downtime than having proper connection. It's pathetic for such a huge provider. Switching to them has been the worse decision...speed is slow and hardly have internet...what am I paying for??? Joined a few months ago and have called in over 50 times around speed and no connection for full days on end.
We purchased food for guests to break their fast on Wed 8th May. Based on previous experience, the burger patty was raw. A specific request was made a few times when placing the order and stressing the fact that the patties must be well done. To our horror, when the guests ate most of the patties were in fact pinkish red in the middle, this was extremely embarrassing and completely unacceptable especially with the stressed upon special request. An order of 20 burgers and Steers does not value their customers enough to provide food as requested by their customers and instead provides raw food. I want this sorted immediately and will never buy from your store in future!!!
Myself and a friend had purchased numerous types of foundation which was either not the right color or not suitable for oily skin. We then went to Edgar's Elizabeth Arden counter at Mall of Africa and was helped by a very unfriendly lady who made us feel like she didn't need to assist us. I personally felt as though we were interrupting her time. A job in retail requires one to be people orientated however this lady gets a 0 out of 10 in this regard. To top it off it was evident that she was discriminatory towards certain types of people and this was evident in her behavior. I will never purchase anything from Elizabeth Arden based on the service received from this lady. Picture of the lady available on request.
Vodacom has billed me an amount of R3400 for our of bundle rates which have taken almost a month of back and forth calls to their call centre support with no concrete feedback or assistance.The call was initially incorrectly logged by the first agent with a 7 day waiting period only to be told to wait another 7 days after correct logging was done. So quick to debit the money for illegal transactions further to the recent laws which have been implemented by ICASA but take this long to refund. I have been informed on numerous occasions by Mafazo, Babalwa and a few others that the request has been logged and is still pending at the data department. How long does it take to refund as the money deducted without prior consent or notice after a cap was instructed on the account??? I am deeply dissatisfied after being a long standing client with vodacom. I want the refund as promised immediately as this was my kids school fees which is now sitting with vodacom! Pleases can someone honor their call back as I am tired of holding on tirelessly for a Call Centre agent to keep telling me the issue of pending.
Vodacom refuses to take responsibility for their false advertising pushing it to their customers to try and shift responsibility by advising that the screen print showing them advertising a contract price which they now refuse to honor and almost implied that the website which says vodacom.co.za was not their own. A request was put through on their website for the same deal and I received an email and a call from them further to this. I am still awaiting feedback which us 5 days from my last communication. I have been a long standing client with Vodacom who on more than one occasion provides substandard customer service to valued clients. I expect to receive feedback today still. Spoken to both an agent Hlengiwe and Sameera who advertised someone will make contact and to date no response. I have the screen print and the New request email and reference number should you require. Take responsibility Vodacom!!!
