Dear Dial a bed team... I bought at a bed at Alberton branch for R7000 ( 2022)... One side of the bed is so lumpy and I thought when buying that will be a comfort of my life and the mattress is even noisy and I believe is because of this lumpysness. Can you please support urgently because I hate this bed now and your urgent feedback will be highly appreciated
Dear The View Owner ( Doonside ) ... I'm expressing my disappointment after so many years of supporting your business because of great service that we usually preserve as well potrayed. We made booking for family since my sister was graduating yesterday 03.11 and requested to bring a cake. We have communication from WhatsApp upon request stating that cake fee for bringing our own cake is R49 which we did not have a problem... Yesterday we were so abacked when we were charged R49 each person X11 for cutting the cake. We requested clarity and they started telling us that because we did not buy their dessert that what we get charged.. We were very disappointed because that was clashing with communication we had on whatsap, mind you we see this after paying. They refused to rectified the situation and begged us to have free wine or anything else which we refused because we did not budget for this... We are requesting refund urgently and difference for the tip.... Your support management will be highly appreciated. Regards
I would to express my disappointment towards Defy. I wrote here on the 23/12/2022 complaining about the poor service from their *********** Technician who are failing to fix my parent fridge which we bought for them with my siblings as a token of appreciation towards them. I curse the day we bought that fridge because from December and I have called Defy twice. I made a call on the 14/04/2023 with Job Ref no. 1790406 and technician came fixed then ended up making abnormal noise which I reported to the guy Carsten which he promised to send technician for assessment which technician never did. Carsten refused dismal to understand why we are requesting a new fridge instead he asked me where did I bought this fridge from. He explain to me how he will not give me new fridge because 6 months has passed. I'm so frustrated because he requested to see my uncle who bought the fridge for us as we wanted to suprise our parents. As from today fridge is not working and my uncle went to report it on the 15 May 2023 as Carsten advised on our previous discussion, Ref no 180267. Technician came at home on 16/05/2023 but had loadshedding and he promised to come back today which he never did with no update. I'm so frustrated because we did not buy fridge to call Defy every month and we bought it because we regarded Defy as a reliable brand. I'm requesting for top management to intervene and give us new fridge because I curse the day I chose Defy. Your technicians are not fixing the problem instead they pouring boiled water at the fridge or ask for hairdryer since its not freezing on the freezer and due to that now fridge has developed abnormal noise sound. Please top management intervene.
I'm very frustrated towards Defy. Technician came on Wednesday 21/12 to fix the double door fridge which freezer side is not freezing. He declared that he has fixed the fridge but found out it still not working. I called technician directly since I had a number same day to come and check which he promised he will the following day. Thursday I called this incompetent technician and he told me that he forgot about me and he will see during the day. I did call afternoon which he did not pick up. I called service Centre and new Ref was given 1736117. Made several attempt with call Centre today which they told me that fridge will be fixed on the 28th. Where is the fairness in this... Where I'm suppose to store meat that already bought? Meat is already rotten because my neighborhood their fridges are full. I'm requesting urgent intervention from Defy management and quick fix in this. Thanks
I was at Boxer on the 15/12/2021 at Richmond. I took 60 eggs that was displayed R59. 99 from the shelf but when I was at the till the price changed to R114. I was asked to show them that price display which I did but supervisor refused to give eggs at the displayed price and went to the manager which he also refused. I requested to see the manager in person and Maxwell the manager told me that he cannot give me those eggs at the displayed price then it either I leave the eggs or I take them at R114 because they made a mistake.. No apologies and no nothing. I was very unhappy and I left the eggs. I don't believe this is the right way of handling or treating the customer. I was very disappointed and I'm is. I told the guy that I will report this matter and he did not seem to have problem or any remorse about the whole situation.
I cancelled my netstar car tracker insurance May 2016 but then July 2018 Netstar started deducting R1800 _ R2050 depending on their feelings in that particular month. Jessica ********** promised that if I send all document proving that I have cancelled the insurance she will cancelled the insurance. She send me confirmation letter on the 02 October 2018 confirming cancellation but 30 October they deducted again. I just need this thieving company out of my account. Please help
