Refusal to transfer to a new debt counselor
Be careful not to do business with DebtBusters, firstly they act as if they are a debt consolidation company, you will later realize that they are a debt review company and they will place you under debt review, their financial advisor Ziphozihle did the assessment, and she never included all my monthly commitments except for my creditors, and later when I informed her that the new proposed repayment plan is still too much, she just ignored me and stopped taking my calls and emails, I phoned several times and she ignored my calls, even the call center or help desk consultant confirmed that Ziphozihle she is ignoring my calls, I sent several emails attaching my municipality rates, levies and school fees statements as a proof that I have other financial commitments, but she ignored me and not rep**** to my emails, instead they let another guy to call me back, after I insisted that I want to talk to Ziphozihle, that guy who called me back became rude, and I remained polite, and I indicated to him that if they don't want to reduce the proposed repayment plan then they should cancel my deal with them, I will get a new debt counselor, but still I was ignored and they carried on with the process against my will, and I emailed them that I request to be transferred to my new debt counselor, and I received automated reply, still they ignored my request and carried on with the process against my will, on the 13th May 2025 Ziphozihle called me and I confirmed that indeed I want a transfer to a new debt counselor, and she agreed that she will sign and my file will be transferred to a new debt counselor, but that was not done, and they are still continuing with the process against my will, I don't know when this drama is going to end? Im truly disappointed I trusted DebtBusters but now Im very, very much unhappy and frustrated.

Be careful when you are using Checkers Sixty60, they operate like ****, their priority is to get money instead of putting their of their customers first, once you have used their app to order groceries, they are quick to deduct money from your bank, once your order is submitted and they are out of stock you will struggle to get your refund, they don't do immediate fund reversal, of ot is your last money in your bank account you will struggle, very bad indeed I have been twice disappointed.

MC van der Berg Attorneys inc they are the best conveyancing firm in the country, they are very professional and indeed updating their clients with all the developments regarding bond registration, as a first time home buyer I was very anxious and didn't know what to expect, but MC Vd berg attorneys made my life much easier, during your first interaction with them they provide you via email with a booklet called MCGuide, it is having all the steps which a buyer and a seller will go through from the beginning till the property is transferred into a buyers name a process beginning in March 2021 and my property was registered on the 24th June 2021, during the whole process MC Vd berg attorneys was updating me weekly regarding the developments, and it was during this time of COVID-19, Pretoria Pretoria Deeds office will constantly open a closes many times in a week, and I was panicking that my municipality rates clearance certificate will expire before my bond is registered but Tania Lombard kept me positive as she was the one dealing with the property transfer, but eventually everything went well and today Im a proud home owner, and without any fear of contradictions I will always recommend home owners ( sellers) and buyers to make use of MC Vd berg attorneys, they are indeed the best conveyancing firm in Pretoria and South Africa.

Poor service
Vimba security company's service is very poor, Im very disappointed with regard to their service, since 2016 I installed an alarm system at my residence, the package includes armed response, SMS notification when you arm and disarm, but their SMS notification only works for few days, then after you don't receive any SMS notifications, I have been complaining since 2016 and they will fix the problem for few days, and again and again back to square one, Im sick and tired because I'm paying every month but I don't get the value of what Im paying for.
