Well being in hospital from 7.30am in the morning until 2.30pm with my daughter having a headache for more than two weeks and I was told that this is not first come and first serve hospital. Doctors being arrogant and not being lenient with the people is disgusting and unprofessional and I do Want to state that the doctor I dealt with and I ended up leaving without my child being help by Dr A Rancho, she even let two people sign unauthorized discharge form for them delaying for soo much hours.
Well they have double deducted me on the 2nd of Oct, ever since that never refunded me, Ive dealt with 6 consultants and nothing has been resolved whatsoever...what kind of service do they provide this people really..cause i feel its a daylight ******* that they do to people
I am quite disgusted with the service of Mitchell’s Plain Sassa,I have come 5 consecutive times,people stand in the lines as from 5 a.m and they only assist people from 8, People are told already past 10 that they will not served as there is too many people,all of this time coming I never got to be assistant instead you see the consultants playing their musics in the car while we await on them as from 5 in the morning outside the building some with babies as early as 3 weeks. When 4 o’clock comes and even if you inside the building sitting waiting to get to be helped they close their laptop and tell u their day is done. Two weeks ago they closed at 2 pm, and remember they only do grants for babies on Tuesdays only. We are treated like animals and it we are women. This is bad!
I am a very dissatisfied client and wish that Sasol could take this into consideration. Being one of the biggest known companies known in South Africa distributing oil , I would think it would be in your great favor to pull up your socks. First and foremost, i queried about the shares a year ago and was told that the shares caan only be sold as from 2018. My mother passed on in 2015 and when i queried again in August this year i was told to send paperwork via postage which strike me as everything is done electronically in this life we leaving in. I did not query i used fast mail and it arrived within 24 hours and never got contacted or emailed with the process or anything. I called early October to find out that i need to send a fill in a banking form which they emailed to me "in my suprise" and told me again i should post it after i am done. This really destructed me i may add. I did so the same way over 24 hours fastmail postage. Today 13 November i called in and they told me that they have received the documents but it has not been updated and i should wait 5 working days and call in to see how far they are. I gather they also do not have phones to call clients. I got upset and said nothing, wrote an email but knowing i will not get any reponse, I called again after 15 minutes and this consultant to me that what the other consultant told me was incorrect as this account has not even been changed to be estate late and i should wait another 2 weeks which is on the 29 November were they will escalate the query and i should call back again as they experiencing Backlog and people are even taking overtime. Well with all that has been said and done, I feel Sasol is taking South Africans for granted and I as an South Africa is not pleased with that at all. We can never trust the company to invest our monies if this is how they operate. Please whoever responds to this DONT advise me to send an email to CSJHBSasolInzalo cause you also don't reply on your emails. Very upsetting.
