I ordered at Spar Thavhani Mall and before they finalised my order they called me to let me know of unavailable items and available alternatives. I was so impressed because I usually order from other platforms and I'm only surprised when the order comes without some of the items and only see the communication later on email or sis without having been given opportunity to chose alternatives.
I went to Clicks Mall at Lebo on 19th November 2025. I used my credit card to pay which declined twice. I assumed the card was a problem and I then used my debit card which also declined and that was when they realised that their system had a problem. They managed to return the credit card funds but the debut funds remain uncleared. My bank adviced that Clicks write me a letter to indicate that the funds were never cleared. The manager at Clicks has been trying non stop to get them to.send the letter which will enable.the back to release the funds to me but the head Office is not coming through. I'm frustrated.
I recently asked MTN to cancel 3 of my contracts,instead they upgraded me to some flexi65 contract. The agent had advised me that I will have to pay amount to keep the line and since I had lost one of the sim cards,I requested that she keeps only two of the lines. Also there is a contract t which has been upgraded without my knowledge from 2023 to 2026. I don't remember giving consent to upgrade that contract either. Calling them is a nightmare as they will end up doing the opposite of what you requested. Since I am so hectic,I can't seem to find time to visit their stores. I'm very frustrated with this.
I paid a cash out from my Momo account to pay for vehicle license renewal. i was informed on Friday the 23rd Oct 2020 that I needed to upload my documents to docs@carlicense.co.za with my vehicle registration number as a subject. I sent the documents on the 26th and also resent on the 27th and there was no acknowledgement of the emails I sent, I made queries to the customer center and was promised a call twice but no one has called thus far. i need an urgent refund to do my license renewal as I had just discovered that it had already expired. I'm very frustrated with their service
I tried to do upgrade in June,but the courier couldn't get hold of me cos of poor network area I was working at. I called and made arrangements for new handset delivery in August but nothing happened. I called in September and was advised that the upgrade will be cancelled and I go to walk in centre. Upgrade not cancelled. I called again in November and requested to change handeset for a two in one deal,nothing happened again. I made follow ups the following week for a cancellation of the upgrade and it was promised but when I called again the following week with the decision to actually cancel the contract itslef,i was told I had recently upgraded which will come at a charge and I explained that whoever helped me the previous week promised that the upgrade will be cancelled. Each time they tell me they are send the email to the person who initially helped me with the upgrade,ms Thandeka Mdlovu but it seems each time she receives all those emails she does nothing about them. I'm frustrated.
