Poor customer service. I've been in touch with them since placing my order on Nov 30 2021, It's now 24 Feb 2022 and I was advised last week 17 Feb that my order is ready to collect and someone will be in touch with me to book for collection. No one has contacted me, in fact I have been calling them at least 5 times per day getting different contact numbers in hopes that someone there can help me (sometimes 10 calls within a day without an answer) to book my collection. Today I've been advised that my order is in fact NOT ready and they will be in touch with me next week (more unfilled promises) to arrange collection. I've been waiting very patiently because I understand the lead times quoted. But if my order is ready and I was promised someone would call to collect and they never do until the MAX Lead time is complete, I'm fuming.
Pathetic customer service. no knowledge of the products they are selling.
These 1 star reviews are spot on. This service and company is utterly pathetic.
No response on emails unless you follow up AT LEAST twice
