Grumpy Grillers closes orders at 20h00. We arrived 20km away from home to place our orders 10 mins before closing time. We were told that it was closed and that the food we wanted was not available. They had already cleaned up the griller and the kitchen equipment to leave. .. The staff were unpleasant and non apologetic and the contrary Rude .People dont bother to go .. you will be turned away.. Why support local business??????! to be treated badly. We had to drive another 20 km to go to Nandos,, what a good friendly service.
Mmabatho. I went to collect my Liquor license 2 weeks ago. We waited outside the building for 3 hours to be served. 3 people in front of me. to be told in 2 mins I need to have paperwork. Paperwork toke another 15 mins to be brought to me. Yesterday i arrived with my completed paperwork to collect my License to find the entire staff has already gone home at 13h00. Its disgusting I drove 35km X2 for nothing. Government STAFF UNAVAILABLE ??? GONE HOME ??? 4 HOURS WORK A DAY????? Printer no working ???NO WONDER Nothing works !!! There is no one to help .....
MAFIKENG-We made our order and paid. They were running on a generator. Generator broke down. waited another 10 extra mins on top of the 10 already. Then we were told to come back another day. A week later at 18h05 we arrived to get our already paid order to be told they donot have beef burgers due to Covid 19.. What type of fast food outlet are you!!!!!.. But you have chicken Burgers instead that you can serve....?????Had to go in 3 times for the same order. No apologies. we live 25km from the outlet .. we had to drive 100km more to collect our order due to mis- management and lack of maintenance... Appalling customer service at our expense..
Mmabatho -Megacity Shopping Center. I went in to return some vitamins which were incorrect. I waited 5 minuets' to be helped after asking several staff members to be assisted as no one was at the return desk. The assistant then proceeded to explain that VITMINS are not Returnable. She the asked me to wait for the manager and maybe he could help. Apparently it is stated on the back of the till slip that Vitamins are not returnable. I asked him why and his reply was that it was due to Covid 19 and my items were contaminated and every single product in his store was decontaminate / disinfected. [ So paying with my cash is ok even though it has been in places I leave to your imagination} .I proceeded to tell him he should put a notice at the tills to inform customers or inform his staff to inform the customers. He got defensive and unpleasant . I told him all this was nonsense , not to inform the customers and it will take me while before I come back again. He then proceeded to tell me I am Vulgar by using the word "nonsense". This highly uneducated Manager doesnot even know what Vulgar means. I THEN proceeded TO WALK OUT THE DOOR .. I spent OVER R2500 with them. I will never put my foot in Dischem Again. Such unprofessional service and unqualified to handle customers. Far better service and friendliness at Clicksl
Pick and PAY staff packer, squashes Hot Dog Rolls and forgets to pack Wors for Catering Order, after been purchase. Client sent to collect his own catering order. So embarrassing it was for my Company. On the 28th Dec 2019 I especially did my shopping for a catering job. My Hotdog rolls were packed in at the bottom of my plastic bags and heavier items packed on top. 2X PACKET OF Wors were totaling to R500 [6KG] were not packed in at all . When I arrived at my destination to prepare ,there was no meat and most of all the ROLLS were in no condition to be used as they were all flattened. I was so stressed and couldn't believe this happened ,as I trusted that the packer would be qualified and trained. Living 25km fromPick &Pay at the Crossing Shopping center,, I was unable to return there to collect my items. Instead I had the embarrassing task of asking my client to collect his catering order. I did call the manager immediately and it toke him a good 25mins to confirm the incident. He then said I must come and collect it. My client was sent to collect the item , He was shown the video footage ,which was unnecessary as it delayed my time to prepare. Half of the rolls were replaced and that was the end of that. No call to compensate my travelling expenses or follow up.. Why must I absorb incompetence expenses for PICK &PAY staff members. This is not my first experience with bad service from this store.. As long as customers absorb the cost of staffs mistakes and management hides behind it . Tell me why must I continue to support such behavior and the Company I have been buying from the last 30 years.. Hello CHECKERS!!!!!!
Mahikeng Clicks on Nelson Mandela drive shopping Center. I was merrily doing my shopping using a shopping basket trolley ,which was filled with vitamins and refreshment. Luckily I was standing a few meters away from my trolley reaching for an item ,when my shopping trolley was abruptly knocked to the ground with such a crash ,i jumped in fright. One of the packing staff with a flat bed load trolley topped with boxes crashed into my Trolley. My item were scattered all over the floor and under the packing shelves, . The staff member then apologied and carried on his journey pushing his trolley away and even leaving one of his boxes behind that felt off on impact.. Only then did other staff come to see what happened and proceeded to repack my fallen trolley. My dirty [Full of grim from the floor and shaken up canned beverages were repacked with my items. I then told the staff member i didnot want the beverages, as they would spray me when I open from the fall and that they were dirty. He told me to go get others. I said" No" you get them for me. That was the last I saw them and I didnot get others. Why Must I !!! Secondly the very last isle was blocked with packers and I could not access the washing power.. There access in the shopping selves are so blocked and congested and narrow ,its so annoying to shop.. and not to mention accidents that I never want to go there again... Thirdly there Pharmacy is so slow it toke and hour for self medication to be processed.. so I left..without my meds... SO NOW HELLO DISCHEM .. Here I come... Staff there are unprofessional and really donot care about customer service..
Terrible SERVICE AT THE SODA STREAM COUNTER AT Mafikeng TO EXCHANGE MY GAS BOTTLES. The lady replaced my empty bottle with another empty one . She couldn't see the green wrappers on the full ones and all her bottles are mixed up.. no order and then tells met i am rude when I am trying to help.. Really who need this nonsense from an IQ OF 30...
Hi .Everyone.. Do not claim for food loss due to power loss.!!!!!!!. NO ONE WILL TELL YOU OR ADVISE YOU. THEY WILL COME TO YOUR PREMISES AND LOOK AT YOUR POLE. THEY WILL HAVE A MEETING ABOUT IT BUT NO ONE WILL TELL YOU ITS POINTLESS. ,You will waste your time and energy. even thought I was without power for 4 days,, they will not compensate you .. not for the service days or losses. CLAIM for electronics and appliances DAMAGE... ITS NOT FUNNY ANYMORE.. PS. THIS ESKOM IS SUCH A BAD JOKE and so is the entire Corrupt enterprise ....They are so incompetent from top to bottom...
Negative Points ::::Very expensive and very overrated when it comes to delivering a professional service. Incompetent and lazy personal. Gives you the impression that these personal wedding organizers are there to help you, when in reality are only interested in your MONEY. 50 percent up front.. My daughter stressed and shocked 4 days before the wedding day when she arrived from Australia to finalize the wedding items , to find that the entire country side was burnt down. [The owner informed his staff to keep it quiet and not inform the clients{] How dishonest and disrespectful.] ,. Then She was to get name tags on tables as ,she was asked :"where are they?. No guidance of any form to assist as a wedding planner and so unpleasant...So Unprofessional. The Best men and Groom had no beveragers at Midday[Wedding starting at 16H00 and they were not cold when I requested them. R15,000.00 worth of beverages were paid up front. The Perspex arches with presumable flowers were to arch them, were non existent when she walked down the ilse very disappointing as that is what sold her in the choise of Venue.. which , later came crashing down. The DJ THEY HIRED refused to play her playlist and played his choice of Music which, was not out liking at all. The Grooms father was charged and billed cash to buy his own coke , as so were others as I discovered,when there was an open account at the bar for Ciders,wine and soft drinks early in the evening. THEY were ALL IN TO SCAM THE GUESTS FOR UNTRACEABLE CASH. Totally appalling.. I had bar tab check ups all through the night to see where our account was at...?? The rooms in the estate are so over priced . Sharing bathrooms ,light bulbs that go on and off during the night on there own. and Staff screaming at top of there voice the next morning at 08h00.. Positive : Beautiful out building to get prepared at, Has a nice view if its not burnt out But very misleading on their professionalism as wedding planners with empty promises and no real help and guidance... We were also not permitted to bring the classic car where we wanted the drop off and had to do it there way.. Whos wedding is it YOURS or Theirs.??? Very Disappointing for such a so called upper class Private estate. Stay away if you want Headaches.....and pay for them
ITS THE Second time in two months . Every time it rains.. which can only be no maintance and quick fixes. We are no without power for almost 36 hours now. We cannot pump water as we only have borehole water and our food has gone bad again . No one response to our phone calls I was on hold for more than 30 mins . I just gave up. There is no one working except for an automated machine that plays you a silly song over and over again. An automated lady that gives you the option of leaving an sms or a voice note.. Thats all Hog wash .. no one will respond or give a hoot. I was told there is so many its impossible to resolve. I am sure tEskom must have cut A DEAL WITH THE CELL PHONE COMPANIES to get a cut on the Hold calls.. There internet is as pathetic.. It kicks you out or times out . and after the whole tour .tells you they are experiencing a problem.. REALLY A PROBLEM????? oR you call again and they are not obtainable.. Seriously.. Eskom Totally Sucks..... to the bone .. just usless , incompetent and more pathetic . We are been ROBBED in broad Daylight . They charge you for all the days of service , regardless if they supply or not. Thieves!!!! Thieves!!!!
