Not working after the first repair, but Arnold came back to look at it again. Some pieces of washing slipped underneath the rotator after his second visit. Phoned him to let him know, but no answer after that. He did not even respond.
Transition phone number from business division to personal division was a 10 week disaster. The different teams to not know how to properly analyse a customer scenario, they all give conflicting advice and updates, tracing the historical customer interactions and proof is absolutely impossible and in the 10 week ordeal (still ongoing) the matter is still not resolved. I wish there was another reliable service provider to defect to, but sadly it will be to switch from one bad one to the next in SA. The worst is that every time I phone the service agent promises to phone back and then nothing happens to resolve the issue. Full of promised on every call but my situation is a complete mess: they can not find my profile only to find out my number sits on another system and that is why agents can not identify my profile, no one can tell my while my debit order was cancelled, there is no scalation team that has every phoned me back in the 10 weeks despite numerous promises from various parties that they will send it to the team leader. I have spent hours on the phone with them with no clear solution. Just this morning 2 calls disconnected as they wanted to put me through with the promise to sort it out and then line goes dead. How this company stays in business is only because there is no competition for them that is worthwhile to consider
I have handed my dyson vacuum inn3 weeks ago for a quote to repair. No email, no feedback can be obtained by the furniture store either, as they are also unsuccessful to get feedback and get no answer. Seems like indicative of service to Dyson appliance owners. Paying a premium price does not guarantee a premium service fir this brand
Just got off the phone with this business to come do pest control at my house. Quote R900 cash or R1400 if you want to pay via EFT! Business outside official bank accounts really make nervous
I don't shop online regularly, but make a fair amount of online purchases to know what the average standard is and what to expect. In all the years of online purchases, Froggie online shoes have been the most disappointing. Ordered it in Nov 22, no update until first week of Jan by way of email or text message in that period. Phoned them up only to get a lady that says she will pass on the message and they will call me back. She could not tell what the issue was or put me through to the relevant department. It is now a week after I phoned them to check on my delivery and so far no one phoned, emailed or send a text message. Maybe better to stick the actual stores that sell the shoes.
Please everyone, do no do business with this company. Their products are sub standard not well presented and completely overpriced. They also won't take it back and if you want to send it back they expect you to pay for the courier fees. Their model of the brain was not even a 1/3 of a pencil and although they say they put the measurements on their site, the first impression you get when you look at the image of the product is that it is much larger and so they conn you into buying for almost R1000 and then the brain model arrives at your door the size of a golf ball. Very disappointing and purposeful misleading. Stay away
I bought an Epson new generation printer which is not compatible with Air or Mac Pros and the sales people at Paarl Incredible Connection never told me. After spending tons of money on technical support the final outcome also confirmed by Incredible Connection themselves is that the printer does not work with Apple. Now the warranty is no longer applicable and anyway the printer is still working, just not on MAC and they say: "We can empathize but can not take responsibility"
