ZomerWind Apartments is TERRIBLE place to live. In the year I lived there, the common area had not been swept once. Even though there is infrastructure for security, you can't give anyone a pin to come in so security lets anyone in as long as they have a car disc and license. No calling to approve the visitor coming to you. For pedestrians, they don't even check for ID. The wardrobes have no back panels and are directly attached to the walls so they are a breeding ground for mold and damp. There was a whole gap between the roof and ceiling of my unit that went unrepaired for the duration of the year there. Geysers are less than 15 months old but I know 4 that leaked/stopped working in that period with no help from the body corporate. For a place where I was the first occupant I was disappointed. Everything breaks- toilet seats, inlet valve for flushing, the sink even detached from the bathroom wall. Cheap granite tops in the kitchen stain easily. The response you get when you report it- its not in warranty anymore. If you don't plug close the standpipes with plastic, the whole unit smells like sewerage . It looks beautiful on the outside but its very different experience living there.
No integrity at all. She was my leasing agent. Supervised handyman work for me (not repairs). Charged me more than 4 times than current price for the service without an itemized invoice and when I disputed it, she initially threatened to affect my credit record (despite rent being paid in full )then had it deducted from my deposit instead of communicating. I had to beg her to send me rental statements. I got less than four in the year she was my leasing agent- via WhatsApp. Requesting them via email was worse than pulling teeth because it took so long.
Pretty is amazing. Extremely professional, pleasant & knowledgeable. My query was also resolved. Its really refreshing to get amazing service and resolution the first time around.
Very bad experience. After 15 days, I still had not received my items. Zero pro active communication. I had to initiate communication with them. Phone mailbox full. Finally got hold of them. After over a month, I have received the items and they are stained.
My Wifi has been down for almost 12 hours. I contacted their so called whatsapp group to get assistance with very little help. This morning, I called them at 7 as per their operating hours but no one was picking up on their side. The first call only got answered after 8am. The technician who was working on my case promised to call me back at 9. Needless to say he did not.I've been sent from pillar to post trying to get hold of him for the past 2 hours including being put through to numbers that hung up even. I spoke to Marilyn at 923 who said I would get a call back. Well its 11 am and I had to call back as no one has gotten back to me. Only to be told now that the whole team is on team building. Worst part is this is not the first time I have recieved such poor service.I let them know this is urgent as I was waiting to resolve this before going to work this morning and I have academic assignments to work on this weekend.
Sonic client service is terrible. I have been sitting with no wifi connection for close to a week. I often have to follow up with consultants as they don't call back. And when I speak to them they repeat the same procedure the previous consultant went through. add injury to insult. last consultant claimed he would prioritize my case but it's been well over a working day and no one has come to my residence. oh yes- and they will be billing me to come to my residence even though they suspect their equipment is faulty.
