Free gift ****
Temu's free gifts seems to be a ****, you never receive the gifts. You invite and invite a lot of new users and never reach the total. It keeps changjng to invite one more. Don't fall for the same mistake.

Takealot bad service
I ordered a cricket bat by looking at the picture and what i received is totally different. When wanting to send back they say the bat was used. Very bad service from takealot.

Worst car dealership
Worst place to buy a car. They sold us a car that had been in an accident and has no airbags, car has major problems. They never disclosed any of this to us on purchase. When we tried to sell the car, we found out the above problems. They dont acknowledge their mistake and refused to help us. We went to the motor ombudsman and they ignored them aswell. They the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this place to anyone. When buying from this place get an independant person to check the car for you as this place will never acknowledge their faults.

Shocking customer service
I ordered something and wasn't happy with it. I returned it and requested a refund. I have waited over 3 weeks for the refund. Every time I ask about the refund their response is please wait 48 hours and then they don't respond. Tried phoning them and they said when you buy online you must only contact them via email. This is by far the worst customer service that I have received.

Not recommended couriers
Very bad service and you don't get hold of anyone when you phone. Parcel out for delivery but didn't arrive

Returns are shocking
Service is bad. Returns are a nightmare- you struggle to lodge a return and your return is not picked up for weeks on end. You can't contact them only via live chat and email and responses take time. Queries are always escalated but you don't hear from them again. I don't recomend buying from them.
