Buy a property managed by them at your own risk. Portfolio manager does not respond to emails or answer phone, you will be sent from pillar to post to get issues resolved and still get ignored, all they do is collect levies but do not provide service, i pay for security but the gate system has not worked for over 10months since iv been here. I saw a tv online it said smart tv. I also chatted on their whatsapp with an agent to confirm if it is a smart tv the agent confirmed. It also stated the tv is a UHD. Upon receiving the tv it is a Full HD. I plugged in the tv and it has no specs specified. I logged a call for return and have been waiting for 2 days for a response i keep getting the same response my quiry has been escalated. I am stuck with no tv as i cannot use the thing they sold to me
I called September to cancel my subscription they said someone would contact me no one did, December they were still debiting my account i called Netsta and spoke to Sibusiso Mbatha who asked me to send him proof of my cancelation and also advised he is canceling my subscription with immediate effect. I called Netsta Go who saidy request was not finalised this time they will finalise the cancelation and i will receive an email to confirm I called back because no email came through till date netsta is still canceling. How do i have to cancel because I have ran out of options. You guys are a bunch of crooks and I will be reversing my debit including the netsta premium until this is reeolved
I have logged a warranty claim for my sansui fridge,at hi fi corporation Boksburg not only do they have incompetent staff but also work with Powercare technicians who are as well incompetent. It took 6days to get a technician to my house since the 6th september until now 23september he came and checked my fridge and told me he would let me know if the store allows him to order the parts or give me a new fridge. Till date he has not communicated with me, i call hi fi corporation boksburg everyday and its either they tell me to hang up theyl call after 2minutes or plain ignore my calls. I have escalated to the head office but nothing is being done i am sitting with a dead fridge and no communication from the store or technician. I would not advice anyone to buy from that store.
