I was met by a super friendly gentleman that I greeted in Zulu. He gave me my order and was I super elated about the quick service. The SA Government can learn from your efficient service! Very rare!

SCAM TACTICS USED
SCAM Tactics Used: I was contacted that my data contract 5gb pm will be reduced to R180 pm with Free Wifi Router. This was not the case when they sent me the summary deduction. Monthly fee almost doubled. I have since then battled in getting touch to cancel the deal. Will have to force cancel with debicheck.

JH Generator Silencers is not delivering and is misleading the public
Placed my order for the Generator silencer kit with Johan. Received the invoice and paid the deposit of R3000. On invoice delivery states 5-7 working days. It has been 3 weeks and still no show. I requested refund on my deposit but received empty promises. I am now forced to open a case with the Police and get my attorney to attend to this matter. Johan (if that is his real name) delivers empty promises and steals from people.

Poor service poor communication
Poor communication no telephonic contact on accounts result you in to have to pay double! After payment was made to them they instructed us to pay double.

Invalid monthly debit order - poor client service - online service cancellation
<p>I have dealt with a "MIKE" from sharpspring. Queried about why we are being billed without making use of the sharpspring mailing service and requested a refund. Sharpsring simply responded by saying that you will be billed monthly even if you do not make use of their service. <br /><br />Graphicmail sold us out by selling their company to Sharpsringmail.com</p> <p> </p> <p>1. We have not given them permission to debit our account every month</p> <p>2. The only way you can unsubscribe to their service is to email their helpdesk</p> <p>3. They cannot supply any proof in you accepting their terms and conditions</p> <p>4. Total waste of money</p> <p> </p> <p>Please stay away from this service as we have lodged an official complaint against their domain and fair use policies in South Africa.</p> <p> </p>
