I made on online purchase with a retailer on January 9th as I normally do. The couriers is chosen on my behalf by the retailer. On January 13 2026 the status of my parcel changed to "Delivered" despite the fact that I was never contacted by any delivery person and I never received my parcel. Today January 14th I contact the support via email, they just sent me my parcel signed with a signature I do not know. First of all my number is right there on the parcel and the driver never once called me, second of all there is an OTP that is supposed to be given to the driver. How on earth do they send my parcel to the wrong place??? This is a pathetic excuse of a courier service. My children's school supplies are now lost/****** and the person assisting me has zero sense of urgency
I have used the Courier Guy on 3 separate occasions, first I used their locker system when someone sent me a parcel, the seoncd time I had an order from Ackermans online, today I received an order from Amazon through the. Each time their service has been exceptional. I have had terrible experience with couriers in the last few months, especially because I am located in a remote rutla area, but the service of this company has really been amazing and the delivery drivers are also really pleasant. I have had an experience from hell with MTN. In May 2025 after more that year of using LTE wifi for my home and paying without incident, MTN suddenly did not debit my account. My services were cut off in June (a nightmare as I work from home and incurred expenses from having to buy day). After calling endlessly to try and figure out what happend I got no reall explanation, I let it go and figured I will wait for July. I was the debited on June 1st and told my services would be back up in July. We are 10 days into July and still no internet. The stress and expense I have incurred from all this is unexplainable. No one from MTN seems to know what is going on, at some point they said my payment was not going off because of debit order mandate not approved, then they told me I actually have data allocated and that my router just needs a hard reboot, the stories and excuses were endless. After multiple escalations and seeking answers, today Phindile Bhutelezeli from back office tells me my services were cut due to me changing my payment method to from debit order to EFT in the month of May, WHAT?? Is MTN running a circus? This is the craziest thing they could have said. If that was the case why did they not mention it all along? Why would I go through all this trouble asking MTN to investigate why my debit didn't go through if I changed the payment method? I am now left stranded again in July without any internet connection and MTN refusing to account for it or to even send me data so I can work and connect my house hold. Not to mention on June 1st I got debited and they clearly told me that the payment was for July provisioning. Going on to the second month without internet connectivity when I have paid for services. MTN service is beyond appalling. I was contacted by Nkateko Nyati from friends and family I made it very clear to her that I want a monitary compensation for each day that I do not have internet connectivity and I asked her to add that details to the email summary she would sent me. In good MTN culture she blatantly ignored my request. MTN and it's employees are a sad excuse of a network provider.
I have a debit order for my home wifi that did not go off on 4th as it was supposed to, I call MTN to inquire and I am informed that my debit order date has changed to the 15th. I was very alarmed knowing that I did not make that change, I asked the call center agent to escalate the call to his superior so I can get some answers as the agent was not able to provide any. The agent told me that he had to create another case and that someone dedicated to my issue would call me back, I got an email while on the call with the agent stating that my case was open and that I would get a response in 48 hours. I just got an email stating that my issue has been resolved when no one has even called? This is happening for the second time where MTN resolves an issues without bothering to get back to me. Is this what your service has come to?
I took a tyre and rim cover with them. I have been faithfully without any issues. I call this morning to let them know there is a lump on one of my tyres and I asked what is the way forward. The lady in the other side told me that if there is no "cut" on the bubble they do not cover. What does this even mean??? Should I not go to an RMI approved tyre centre for them to assess what caused the lump before being told it's not covered? These companies are truly wicked, they rob us daylight. When I insisted that I want to go for an assessment I was told to hold and then my call was never picked up again. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from Bidvest insurance
These people have the most disgusting service I have ever come across. I made a purchase worth R18000 with one of the major retailers, VE was supposed to have delivered and as usual my delivery is nowhere to be found. Can these big retailers wake up stop using this joke of a company
My experience with Game feels like something out of a nightmare. After it took them over 10 days to deliver the 25 thousand rand valued Hisense fridge I bought in July m, here we are 3 months later and the fridge is broken. I have gone 2 weeks without a fridge because of the Circus of a company called Game. At first they convinced me that the delay was on Hisense end as one of their technicians needed to come assess the fridge before they could give me a new unit/refund. The Hisense technician was here last week and he confirmed that I needed a refund or new unit, to date I am still waiting. Roefkah from the online team and her manager Lee promised to get this resolved but like I said Game is a circus and no one there seems to know what they are doing. I want my refund and compensation for my losses, how can a company this big not have processes in place for such scenarios? Why the hell should I suffer because you guys can't find a delivery company? Game service is appalling
I am horrified at the experience I have had with game online. I made a purchase of R18000 on the 9th July that was supposed to be delivered on the 11th. I had to call Game on the 15th to find out why my purchase is still not here and when to expect after they were completely quiet. Today is the 17th and still no sign of delivery, they could not be any less bothered. The saddest part is this is an essential appliance that I have purchased and to all all this while without it has been a nightmare, they have shown zero care. This type of service is appalling. Game online you are a lame excuse for a service provider!
This Dr is a *****. I get my bill back from my medical aid after my visit to her and found that she charged me for multiple ultrasounds. I called her office and the receptionist told me it's probably mistake made by the finance office and that they will sort it out. Two weeks later I call to follow up and the receptionist tells me that the Dr charged me multiple ultrasounds because I am pregnant with multiples, what?? In what universe is that even a thing? I am the patient, I have 1 uterus and she performed 1 ultrasound, why on earth would you charge me for each fetus?? I have taken it up with the hospital. Stay away from this *****, plus her receptionist is as rude a can be
