**** ALERT! Do not give this guy money. Paid him 10k deposit on 1 June 2023 and too date nothing has been delivered. Excuses range from personal injuries, death in family, car problems, helpers resigning, other commitments taking priority. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!
Time and time again this dealership fails their customers. Took car for a service and they had to order new parts for additional work requested. Despite numerous follow-ups the consultant Graeme.D failed to reply. They really could care less. My email complaint to the GM Theo.D.K also went unanswered. Something is really wrong at this dealership. Shocking. They will take as much of your cash as possible and then leave you hanging.
Terrible service. Booked my car for a simple oil change a week before. After dropping my car in the morning - got a call at 1500 to say the job wont get done today. Upon collecting the car I spoke with the manager on duty whom showed me his system saying the car was still on track. Asked both the service advisor and the manager where the disconnect was and got blank stares and blank apologies. The only thing that comes to mind is: "Those who fail to plan...plan to fail". Avoid this service department. There is likley a large/internal operational inefficiency spilling over to clients.
Have been paying R93.86 every month for device insurance only to be failed by it when needed. Paid the R150 co-payment, device was collected and two weeks later no news or updates. Decided to contact the courier company listed on the courier receipt (IdroidLab) and told them to return the device to me. Device was returned and it was still broken. MTN is now refusing to provide me with a replacement device and my queries are simply falling into the dark void that is cellphone giants these days. Utterly disgusting! You have had the opportunity to repair the device and have failed to do so. Issue me with a new device now please! I refuse to be inconvenienced again by having the device repaired and sitting without a device for 2 weeks! Idroid Lab should have the means to test both soldering and components before and after installation. This is a hardware test - simple!

Have been experiencing poor connectivity and half of the speeds that I am paying for for almost 6 months now. They indicate that if they send out a technician it will be at my own cost. Their own specialist technicians take 2-3 days to call you back - likely indicative of how bug the problem actually is. Basically holding their clients hostage!
Telemarketer claiming that "you have been selected for a free R5000 share portfolio". Upon asking why they do not have a website - was told that google is too expensive and that there are associated advertising costs. I then asked them to rather send me a email - was told that the email is more than 20GB's or 350 pages and they cannot send it to ordinary email boxes. Extremely questionable and unethical business practices. Do not entertain these calls OR give out your personal information.
